Bought three bagels, the server has no idea what she is doing, give me wrong bagels, missing the key components or additional condiments. All the servers seems to be students and not really trained. Cost over 20
Dollars with bad quality bagel sandwiches. Will not recommend to any one!

Food was fine but I've gotten the Asiago bagel twice and there's been wax paper stuck all over the bottom each time which was a little annoying.

The food was good, the service not so much. Not enough stuff and the coffee counter was not clean and stocked.

Sometimes bruegger's is hit or miss. I do like jalapeno cream cheese, the bacon scallion cream cheese is good as well. There are better bagel joints in Boston

Really good bagels & cream cheese! Free wi-fi. Good place to sit. Parking is easy on street. Staff was very friendly.

I'm afraid this location has really gone down hill through the years, and previous reviewer Hector was on point with his observation about rude service. The woman running the sandwich counter this morning was quick to snip at several customers in line when they clarified elements of their orders or asked basic questions. No thanks!
Also, skip the cold brew, which was the opposite of a fortified iced coffee: grayish in color and completely overpowered by a splash of cream.
Is this a franchised location? If so, time for HQ to take it back and return the friendly vibe to this once-great neighborhood spot.

Their bagels are absolutely delicious, service has a tendency to be spotty, but the thing that saddens me the most is that their hours say until 2pm but they lock the door 10+ minutes early… I’ve been locked out at 1:45-1:50 trying to pick up some bagels before they close, it’s just really sad. The hours say until 2pm, I wish they’d respect that signage.

Terrible experience. The lady preparing my order has an attitude and was rude to me just because I ordered the bagels one by one and not all at once! She wanted to bag my own bagels when rest Of the customers got their bagels bagged. Teach your employees on how to treat customers.
