Staff here are so rude. The manager is particularly rude and has Zero customer service skills. I went in with two children and asked for 6 munchkins. The manager literally refused and said I could get ten. I informed them I needed 6 not 10 not 5. He stated he could not do that for me. I am a paying
Have been coming here since I was a kid, great location, great workers. Always cleaned!
Awful location. Always issues. Walk-in, mobile order, delivery - doesn't matter (they are particularly bad with delivery orders, though). Much better Dunkin options nearby.
The only thing I don't like about this Dunkin is that it doesn't have a drive-thru.
I have not been in this Dunkin donuts in over three months. They are rude. The mask mandate is illegal and this staff will actually turn their back on you and refuse you service if you do not wear one. You can sit in line for 10 min and they will not say anything then you arrive to order and refuse

Disclaimer: i live in waltham and went into this location in Belmont without a mask (no mask mandate in waltham). They refused to serve me unless i wore a mask. I said "fine but i don't have one give me a mask". Instead they avoided eye contact and mumbled
This is not my favorite Dunkin' donuts. Staff could be a little more attentive to customers. The store sometimes is not the cleanest either
