This has become our go-to spot for Chinese food! We’ve both picked it up and had it delivered. The order is always hot, ingredients are fresh, and the food tastes great. The combination plates are an awesome way to try multiple things at once. The folks who work here are very friendly and seem to really care about what they do. I definitely recommend!

Wanted to try a local Belmont place but spring rolls, pork fried rice and dumplings all pretty bad. Sadly we won't be ordering again.

They completely messed up our order TWICE. They were rude when my husband called after they messed up his order the first time - he was very nice and just wanted the correct order sent. They said it would be 45 minutes to get our corrected order (after already waiting for the order to begin with). They called 20 minutes later to ask us to give them the incorrect food when they delivered the new order (?!?!?!). When the new food came we gave them the old order as requested. The new food was, again, wrong. Won’t come back.

I’ve eaten here a couple of time over the past year and I’m always impressed by the quality of their food and their kind and helpful customer service. Today I ordered food for New Years and I knew they were going to be super busy so I ordered early around 4 and was told about an hour wait. I arrived to pick up after an hour and they had my order ready very soon after. I was very impressed because they were insanely busy and they were doing an awesome job and there customer service wasn’t compromised. The food was also delicious and I will definitely continue to eat here.

They have decent Chinese food. I placed an order with them for New Years Eve, $200. I figured since this place only does Chinese takeout they would be able to handle the high demand on New Years Eve. I called my order in at 1pm… for a 7pm pickup. At 7 pm I was told to come back at 9pm and my order (might) be ready then… meanwhile they were taking more phone orders as I am standing there being told my 1pm-phone-order would not be available for pickup, 2-hrs after it was meant for pickup! Totally unacceptable! They should know how many orders they can accommodate without over extending themselves. I canceled my order at 8pm…their failure to pace their orders messed-up my families New Years Eve dinner. We scrambled to find an alternative for takeout food, we settled for Pizza… never again will I order from #1 Taste Chinese

Hit or miss. Their food can be good sometimes and not so good at other times. It's like rolling dice.. you'll never know if your food is going to be good or not.

They have a hell of a nerve calling this place Number 1. We placed an order at 1:00 on New Year’s Eve to be delivered at 6:00. We waited until 6:30 and called to see where our order was only to be told that they were super busy and didn’t think that they would be able to fulfill our order. After explaining that we ordered it at 1:00 and that we had confirmation of them receiving the order, they said that they would have it delivered within a half hour. An hour later we still had no food and when I called back, no one answered the phone. Absolutely unacceptable. I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!!
