Who ever the super polite lady is give her a raise. Me and my family love ordering our drinks at this location. She's always super sweet and polite. Not every Dunkin is created equal and that's fore sure. Plus everyone in my family is picky and wants there drinks a certain way which makes this diff
got in line… first ones in it… waited about 15 mins. Employees walking past the entire time no one acknowledges us. A worker says “I’ll be right with you guys.” 5 more minutes…. Nothing. Do better people
If you love waiting 20 minutes to order, being snapped at when wondering what's going on, and your food covered in quac you didn't order because they don't know how to change gloves, then you found the right dunks!

if i could give less than 1 star i would, worst dunks i've been to!! we get iced coffees & they are never made correctly. my husband gets defcaf & always have to go back to correct it. labels are incorrect as a well.
few times we were refused to get our coffees corrected we had to go to another dunk
Love both the hot and iced coffee. The coffee is never so strong that I can't drink it, like Starbucks, which gets tossed after one sip. New England definitely runs on Dunkin. Great selection of drinks with special drinks for each season and major holidays. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches are yummy
I got 2 coffees a sandwich and an order of hash browns both coffees made wrong and so was the sandwich the only thing that was right about my order was the hash browns i dont think i will be going back this dunkins and wasting my money. If i could give less then 1 star i would.
Worst dunkins in the area! Never gets your order right, I ordered a medium pumpkin iced coffee with coconut milk, got charged for a large and coconut milk and got a medium with regular cream.
