dear mcdonald’s of bemidji minnesota. due to your poor staff my friend had to sit on the ground, in the cold, (depressed), just to eat her ice cream because the employees didn’t put the lid on, so her dessert was dripping wet. (also found a crispy hair deep fried into my crispy chicken nugget)
It is definitely McDonald's it's just food, if you want something fast that's the place to go but to be honest with you don't be surprised if they screw up on your order. Or forget something which I mean when it's super busy it's hard to keep all the orders straight but it's still annoying.
The cashier got my order wrong twice, I asked for a LARGE smoothie, but I got a medium. I'll cut the guy some slack because he was probably new at his job. 3 stars, will probably go there again, didn't hate waiting.
So I really don't come to this Mcdonalds first time in over a year....got my order wrong and tried to over charge me. Totally a waste of time...maybe they will get your order right but there wasn't a line or anything and still got it wrong. When I tried to call back line was constantly busy.

They only get your order right about half the time in the drive through, and I think they have forgotten what fast food means!!!
Every time I use the drive-thru and it's my turn to order they always help 5 to 7 people on the other lane before they take my order and the fish sandwiches are always old and dry.
Consistently good food but inconsistent employees. I enjoy coming here regularly and getting food that I know will be made right. The play place wasn't open and the store doesn't really have a great seating area outside of the play place. The staff was great and it was quick, hot and yummy.
