Crux Fermentation Project - Bend - Photo album

What a fun operation! We were in Bend for the beer. And we were not disappointed here. What a tremendous investment and great creativity that makes everything work. It is housed in an old closed down transmission shop converted into a brewery and pub. It is very . Very well attended. They have the m
Overall: B+ Layout & decor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bathroom: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: just came for the beer & they have a good portfolio of styles to choose from. Outdoor area is HUGE! Staff were very nice & friendly. Only critique is that their Belgian Blonde was ligh
This place is FANTASTIC. Great beer, good food inside. Outside there were several food trucks, lots of people, dogs, and good times. We will most certainly be back during our visit this week. Special shout out to El Sancho Taco Shack - ridiculously good tacos!
Food is ok. Lots of beer selection, we got the rice lager and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nice, lots of kids running around.
Another great brewery + food truck situation in bend. We were there on a Monday and the food truck situation was minimal but they had their food served inside. With the great weather, amount of people there, and space, I was hoping they would have activated more food options. Taco truck was open and
Sweet place to hang out and drink some beer. Cool fireplace. Great taco truck. Thanks!!
Stopped by on a Friday night and absolutely loved the vibe. HUGE outdoor area with plenty of seating that is dog friendly which is a huge plus. We had the charcuterie board to snack on which was okay but I’d probably choose another snack next time. Overall, the would definitely visit again and think
Love this place! Dog friendly and spontaneous live music. Alsooo the food trucks; for sure get the tacos!
Definitely my favourite brew pub in Bend. For those that love IPA, they have a full selection. For those of us that do not, they have a full selection and not just limited to one beer variety that I happen to enjoy. Add to that some live entertainment, a great beer garden, food trucks, and in-house
Made a stop at Crux. It is dog friendly, with a large outdoor space. The beer was terrific, with lots of choices. I went for a fruited sour. I had their grilled cheese sandwich (amazing!) with a side salad, while my husband had tacos from one of the food trucks that also hang out at the brewery. Gre
One of my favorite food truck parks in town. The burger stand was great and the taco place is good as well. I’ve like all the beer I’ve gotten as well. The inside is comfortable while there is a ton of room outside. There have always been a ton of kids yelling//running around though
Crux was by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a brewery. The ambiance was fantastic, all of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and of course the food and drinks were excellent. We were blown away, and will definitely be back for more!
During the Thanksgiving holiday, several of us slipped away from family dynamics and spent some time at this brewer gem. We sat outside and ordered food from the taco stand and admired the great outdoor space. Eventually, we stayed longer than planned so we moved inside and had another couple of r
We visited Crux on a Saturday night and it was full of families with children and friendly doggos. The beer was delicious and food was better than your average brew pub. We ordered the mac & cheese with portobello mushrooms, a chicken caesar salad, and the charcuterie plate.
We visited Crux for a Holiday Fair and were quite impressed with the atmosphere and the charcuterie board! Probably the best board in Bend at a wine/beer bar. I was shocked to learn they also make their own wine which was actually pleasant. Be warned if you order the red you will want to warm it in
Nice big outdoor space - kid and dog friendly. Lots of outdoor seating, but still not enough to accommodate the large crowds that gather here. They are currently under construction with another building.. And the beer was alright, nothing exceptional, but the atmosphere and friendly service make up
Visited Bend for a few days and did the Bend Ale Trail. There was many nice breweries but Crux was exceptional and really stood out from the rest. The beers were great, food trucks were a nice touch as well. A lot of families just hanging out in their nice outside area.
Great place! The cool decorated indoors and the spacious outdoors are great to spend some fun times. Cool food trucks/carts outside 😋 Beers are ok to good. I came here because Ive tried some of their barrel aged ones in the past and actually took some bottles home but their Pales, IPAs, etc are just
