Great cozy place to enjoy a large selection of wines and some tasty meal options. The happy hour appetizers are a great deal. No whiskey as of Jan 2022, but they said they were working on it. But plenty of wine and beer options. Traditional seating along with more intimate couches and chairs.

Portello *might be* my favorite cafe in Bend. Their happy hour is wonderful and SO affordable, especially considering the quality of their offerings, and frankly, their prices outside of happy hour are unbeatable too.
