Came in on a relatively busy Friday evening. Bar seating had a lively vibe and actually quite loud. Good spot for people watching out the windows. Friendly service and good food with a Peruvian flair to some of the items - not enough to alienate lovers of Hispanic food. Good drink options.
The food was absolutely wonderful. We really enjoyed our server. He was fun, and had great dinner recommendations. We enjoyed sitting outside. I highly recommend Hola!
My only recommendation would be to double the tortillas on the fish tacos. They are delicious, but I had to eat with a fork because the tortilla was too thin and would tear if I tried to pick it up. It didn't change the flavor though, which was amazing!

Love this place! From the green sauce to the tacos to the vanilla margarita. Hola is always on point. Been coming here for 15 years and they never disappoint.
Ate here a couple of weeks ago, and it was great! They serve standard black beans, but the rice and salsa was superb! Whatever is in the green salsa really hits the spot. I liked the twist. The steak used in my quesadilla was excellent, and my boyfriend enjoyed the chicken in his dish. The cocktails were delightful as well.

I had an opportunity to visit the restaurant last month while visiting my son and his family in Bend. Their bar is well stocked and the tabletop is a work of art, as are the dishes they serve. Cant recall the name of the fish dish I ate but it was scrummy and the presentation was off the hook. Would definitely revisit.
we ordered the shredded chicken enchiladas rojas and the chile rellenos and both were fantastic. the chile rellenos came with a side of tortillas and beans & rice as well. we also ordered some non-alcoholic coktails which were both delicious. also their chips & salsa were so good, the green one is amazinggg. and the customer service was 10/10. they offered refills of the chips and salsa anytime they got low and were all very friendly.
Looking for the top Mexican restaurant in bend? This just might be one of them. Small hole in the wall that will please your appetite for some fine Mexican cuisine. Made with fresh ingredients and lots of love ❤️
Brett (or was it Taylor?) was a good host and super nice. Place was hella packed and he warned us it might be a little bit (no problem). We sat and ate the delicious chips and salsa. Eventually we got our tacos and a margarita (tamarind is the best!!). Everything was tasty and amazing! Totally would come back.(Especially if Brett is there.)
I had such a great interaction with the staff here! So friendly and sweet, I also was delighted to find the salad I ordered for pick up came with chips and salsa- not sure if that is standard or was just nice gesture but that was a much welcomed surprise.
Fantastic food! The Lomo Saltado is as good as any place I’ve eaten, including Lima! My wife had the Halibut Tacos, which were equally fantastic. Super busy day and the place was shot-staffed, but they still took good care of us. A not-so hidden gem in Bend that deserves your business.
Manager/Owner was friendly, quick to take our order. Tables/chairs were comfy. Food was fantastic. The chips & green and red salsa were great.
This was my family's last stop on our "appetizer crawl" of downtown Bend. We ordered the tableside guacamole, seriously so good! My husband ordered a margarita and was so surprised you guys brought him the leftovers (like in the old days with a milkshake). He was literally just telling our friends about it at dinner tonight!
It seemed like a hectic evening for them with COVID restrictions (I believe needed to be completely shut down by 10, last call is at 8:45) and we had to wait for a table outside since we had our pup with us. Fortunately after some back and forth on what the wait time would be, they got us sat just in time. Despite what I’m sure was a stressful Labor Day weekend, our server made us feel incredibly welcome. He didn’t rush us at all, but we were mindful of getting out of there in time. The food was delicious and the table-side fresh guacamole is amazing! They were also very accommodating with asking for a vegetarian-friendly filling in the enchiladas. Margarita was also delicious!
Loved this place! First time there and we will definitely be back! Awesome margaritas, food, and excellent service! Our server, Humberto was upbeat, always smiling and very attentive to our every need.
Excellent corn based shrimp empinatas. Enjoyed their tequilas and beer. I would only sit inside the main restaurant but if busy they may seat you in the hallway leading to the toilets.
