Service was great 4 stars. Only because it's not very truck friendly for crew cab long beds just to tight but will fit.
First experience at a Dutch Bros was amazing. Greeted by a very friendly lady in the drive thru to take our order. We ordered the Golden Eagle and the Annihilator. The young lady asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. She said our coffees would be free for trying them out. We pulled up to the window and were greeted by yet another very friendly and social young lady at the window. We got our free coffees and they were both excellent. ππ Wish they had a Dutch Bros back home. Watch out Starbucks..... This is some serious competition. π
The question of the central and southern Oregoners... Is Dutch better than Starbucks. I will say that it's hard to beat the customer service you recieve at Dutch Brothers. They are so friendly, helpful and fun which makes the experience that much greater. Plus, they actually realize that some people love coffee after 8pm. So wonderful to have a place that stays open late. Thank you.
What can I say, it's Dutch Bros! Good coffee and wonderful service! I love how helpful they are with my kid when she orders. They always make her day when we drive up.

Dutch Bros Coffee is my favorite! Always a go to stop whenever I drive by one. I love the variety of drinks from smoothies to a triple shot espresso coffee. Fast service and friendly baristas are a huge bonus!

First, What ever happened to customer service? It used to be a requirement if you wanted to stay in business. Now if you like to feel that what you want really matters, all you have to do is go to Dutch Bro's. So, "Mr. Owner" You, or whoever does the hiring, sure knows how to pick the right employees. With that said, I think it would be a great investment for you and just one more good reason for your employees to want to stick around at Dutch Bros. for awhile, if you were to pay somewhere at least a little above minimum wage. They are worth it! Show them you value them, same as they make the customers feel valued. (Just Sayin) O.K., That was my edit. -next review- I was right! The other day I left a review and said "Google will probably delete this". You apparently are not allowed to leave a raving review. maybe a good review, but not a great one, Google will delete it, and with no explanation. I will say one more time though,( if it doesn't get deleted again). 5 stars are not sufficient for rating this place. There are many places that can earn the five star rating, but not many could get 9 stars, especially, consistently, like this Dutch Bros. does. Thank you. Just my opinion.
I work for USPS and start between 1 and 3 am. I always take my first break just after 5am to go grab a coffee. Always super friendly staff!!!! It's nice to be greeted with so much energy and enthusiasm every time I go inπ₯°
The staff was very nice. We got the campout freeze mafia style. It was Delicious. They did a Great job.
Dutch Bros staff are something else. They go out of their way to get your order on the queue, and while you are waiting for your order they will chat with you about what you have going on for the day. This small unassuming gesture of kindness can really help when you're having a rough day.
The best Dutch Bros I've ever been to. We live close and are frequent customers and always leave with a smile because the staff at the 3rd and Wilson location are the best. They have excellent energy and team spirit going on, always make the drinks perfectly, and they are ALL so beautiful, the gals and the guys. We love our Dutch Bros <3
