Can I give 6 stars? Literally the most fun space around town. There’s clouds and fun colors, brick, interesting but comfortable chairs, and cute stained glass hidden throughout. Their service is fantastically friendly and quick. They have great branding and some solid merch. One of the few food places I recommend here in Bend, you can will want to come by every day at all times of day.

Bo’s is our favorite restaurant in Bend!! We LOVE the bagel breakfast sandwiches and can’t stop going back for the grilled chicken bowl. The pita bread and hummus is also fantastic, you really can’t go wrong.

Bo’s is hands-down the BEST restaurant in Bend. It’s so refreshing to have fresh, clean, healthy, food that’s not another “brewery and pub food”. Plus.. if you are looking for vegetarian options.. this is your spot. The Falafel Pita Sandwich is AMAZING. Fries, best in town. And they may be called “Bo’s Falafel” but their bagels are DYNAMITE. Okay I’m done.. just go to Bo’s and thank me later.

First time to the newly reopened BO’S !! All vegan for us, but they have it all covered. So good. OK? It’s better than before. If you’re visiting Bend, this is on your list.

One of the best falafel places I have ever been to. The reason is that their recipe for falafel is the closest ones sold in Egypt, which we love and used to eat. *Not made with hummus. Prices for bowls are moderate, but you can buy single pieces which I see would be more affordable. What made me a little bit confused, was that I got the coke refill two times when I tried to ask for a third! No one told me there is a refill limit when ordering.

It's my first time here since you opened the new location. Everything is absolutely delicious. The have good fresh food for the vegan to the meat lover. The beef I had was nicely spiced and the sauces were really yummy, I really like the tzatziki. Thanks for opening back up Sierra!! I'll have to come in and try the breakfast next time, I'm excited about that as the menu looks like it has some different twists on breakfasts I want to try. I highly recommend it.

We needed something to balance the abundance of pub food we’ve consumed while visiting breweries and holy moly this hit the spot! Falafel was perfectly balanced with spice and herb and was perfectly crispy. I appreciated the variety of toppings. If you have a chance to eat in, you will appreciate the vibes and the comfy chairs.

One of my new favorites in bend! If you haven’t yet, give them a try. Their falafel is probably the best I’ve had! Lots of topping options and they also have plenty of options for those with dietary restrictions. You won’t be disappointed!

They’ve moved to a new location- definitely better parking and so nice to be able to sit inside! Unfortunately right now there isn’t any outdoor seating (we have a dog). The falafel salad is delicious. Order the side pita with hummus for a really nice add on

If you're looking for amazing food, great atmosphere, and amazing local ownership, look no further! Their new location is an absolute delight! The food here is not only amazing but also truly unforgettable. The bagels are perfectly baked, and the falafel is a flavor explosion in every bite. And don't forget to get the fries! What sets this place apart is not just the mouthwatering dishes but also the incredible owner and staff. They are welcoming, friendly, and go above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. Their passion for food and customer satisfaction shines through in every aspect of the visit. If you're in Bend and craving delicious bagels, falafel, and just good food I'm general don't miss out on this gem. It's a 5-star experience that combines outstanding food with impeccable service. I can't recommend this place enough!
