Embarrassingly unprofessional, will not be returning until they find some staff that can provide basic communication and maybe avoid being rude to the customers.

DQ replied, I went back the next day, DQ two days in a row??? And.. you guessed it.... actually you probably didn't. They actually had sauce on them this time. Not as much as I remember them having in the past but it was enough to actually make me use the wet nap they give you. Thank You
Usually very good, but quality seems to be slipping. I am not much of a complainer but I do want to see better quality than what I got today. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. (#1 on the menu) the amount of bacon was... lacking. Everything else was great! And the burger was delicious. I hope to see
The kids closing the shop gave me the wrong chicken sandwich, and it was burnt. I guess they rightly figured they were going to close before I could come back to complain.
I realize there are staffing shortages everywhere, but this DQ is never open until their close time. I have tried to visit maybe 5 times (and make sure to check their hours online and on their door), about 20-30 minutes before they close, and they block the drive-through with signs saying closed eve
It's a Dairy Queen..... Food was hot and fast and they have great treats. No frills day food that has a little hometown touch of history. Clean and family friendly. Nice servers. If you've been to one you've been to them all. Easy access to the road.
The Redmond dq has shrimp baskets. Tiny shrimp but quick service. Summer is better for a quick ice cream.
It was good, but Dairy Queen quality of meat seems to be going down hill, it wasny as good as it has been.
