The customer service is OUTRAGEOUSLY GOOD. WOW. I bought just their signature fried sandwich. From payment it took literally 10seconds to serve our food. Smiles around. It was hot very tasty. Only knock was it wasn't very memorable but still this is the way fast food should be. Blown away by the speed and customer service. They nailed the service. Very impressive.
Came here for a quick bite to eat. The manager who took my order was very pleasant. She was patient with me because I was a little unsure what I wanted. I also noticed that the cashier next to her was also being patient with her customer as he had a long and complicated order. I was able to quickly receive my food wit no more than a 3 minute wait time. Would definitely return if I am in the area.
The food was quick, fresh and hot.
My son got the nuggets. All "good pieces" lol. (You know sometimes you get a few bad ones which is annoying)
I got a salad for the first time, The Cobb. It was really good. I'll definitely be getting that again. Everything was really fresh.
The service in this location is good specially with online orders fast and friendly staff there,highly recommended for app orders👍
Clean facility, organized for drive through, pick-up or dine-in. Decent menu, pricey for some menu item, food always seems fresh, overall not bad for fast-food. We enjoy, so you may too.
Same as most chic fil a, but honestly, they just are not very happy here, food is fine, staff does not seem to like being there most of the time.
My pleasure! He’s people are always super happy these people are always super nice. The quality is always the same everywhere you go. That’s the cleanest play places for children of any fast food restaurant. They are super courteous and often walk around handing out free samples or free things. Balloon animal night father daughter dances mother son dances in all kinds of other cool events just make them the best fast food restaurant ever.
I hate leaving reviews but have yet to visit a chick fil-a that didn't have great chicken and fries. I ordered a lemonade freeze and I wasn't expecting a milkshake type of drink, so I was hesitant about it being the best lemon beverage I have ever had. To explain the taste it was like lemon pie filling with custard not to sweet or sour. I asked for extra crispy chicken sandwiches and they were perfect except they never put extra pickles but so what.....definitely the hottest food from any fast food joint. Idk how the chicken isn't dry or soggy. 5 thumbs in!
As small as this location is, the food and service is still the same. Never had a problem with the food or employees and even being in the mall the wait has never been bad.
Even though there is literally another one close by of your in the mall you can't go wrong here.
Chicken Fila in neshaminy mall. One of the few places still in the mall. People who work there are beyond nice and food it on 👉 point. By far the best fast food restaurant
I had a pretty good experience with Chick-Fil-A. I love their Cobb salad and waffle fries. But one time, there were 4 people just circling over and over around the tables asking people if they were enjoying their food. It was pretty annoying.
Salads came back at this location. The staff are so friendly I really like Sara she's so kind and on top if the order. Sara's friendly even when customers are not being so kind to her.
The manager realizing we had been waiting quite a while tryed to move things along and also she put two cookies in with our
sandwiches no charge.
