Ignore the poor reviews on waiting. People don't understand that if it is not a fast food joint, they actually have to wait to be seated, and wait for their food.
Went yesterday with my signifiant other. It took five minutes to get seated, as it was past-noon rush. Food took 35 minutes to arrive, which is fine. He had chicken and dumplings, I had cup chicken noodle with the new prime rib sandwich (which was amazing, let me tell you.) Fried apples were amazing as always. The food was just the right portion to leave both of us not hungry, and not insanely full. The biscuits were delicious, and the cornbread was slightly dry; but still good enough.
Waitress was training under another waitress since she was new. Both of them were excellent. It was a good day. It's been a long time since I was there last, but I'm glad I went. It was worth it.
Great breakfast and great service. All time favorite breakfast spot. Highly recommend to everyone.
Thought the food was average the service was great our server wich we nick names dee.because we couldn pronounce her name was awsome young blak girl with long beatful braided hair
My first time here and what a blessing it was. Food was great. I had Momma's old style breakfast. My first time having biscuits and gravy! I loved my time here with my friends. Five plus stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food here is ok. It's something to eat once in awhile. The servers is a hit and miss. sometimes u get good ones sometimes u don't. But I really like the stuff they selling out front. I would come here just to buy some things out front. We bought a cute glittery shiny christmas tree globe from here and ornaments. They always have seasonal stuff . Valentines day I'm coming back to check out the pink glittery heart globes and soaps.
Pretty good food we had. I had the crusted pork chops which is only there for Saturday’s. Their sweet tea is really good, not overly sweet. Everything had good flavor & I loved the mac & cheese! Only give 4 star cause the food was quite salty, my bf had to drink so much water after.. 😅 Oh, & the fried pickles were goood!

It is nice they have a store inside the restaurant as you can browse around while you are waiting to be seated. We had a big party with 5 hungry children so the toys in the store entertained them. Very good portions for the price and our waitress was really nice. The food was good. The atmosphere inside felt really cozy.
I was just here on Sunday and the food is always pretty good, but this review is really for the service. Our servers name was Brandon and he is amazing!!! Brandon was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was very welcoming and friendly. He was patient and kind to us. I never leave reviews but for Brandon I just had to. He delivered the best customer experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Brandon I hope you get a raise and a promotion. Thank you for your outstanding service, you made my whole day!!! I hope to see you again the next time I’m there.
It was busy just after 9am, but we got a table right away. Food was good, grits & blueberry pancakes were awesome. Service was very good, and we got in and out of the restaurant quickly, but without any hurry.
Country fried steak was pretty good so is their fried chicken, biscuits, blue berry syrup and the pancakes. Gravy doesn't taste too bad. Friendly waiters and waitress they also have a nice little store to shop I will be going back for a third time. The food is good and can fill you up.
Great experience! Our server Marcus was excellent; he checked on my table multiple times, always offered refills, and kindly told us about their special offers. We were seated very quickly and the wait for our food was reasonable, being that they were very busy. Our food was amazing as well. Their breaded chicken was flakey, buttery, and perfectly crisp. It's a great place to come with family; the dining room has many large tables and the environment is wonderful and friendly. Overall, I was very impressed 😀
Fotos ok, it was a little crowded so service was not outstanding however I give 5* on service because they handled the crowded, there still room to improve but over all they were ok, but I give a 4* overall for the same reason they can do better on busy days
This was mine and my husband's 1st time earing here. We went for breakfast. Staff were nice and welcoming. Food was awesome. We can't wait to go again and try them for dinner or lunch.
I glanced through the store and there were so many cute and nice things. It's definitely on my list for holiday shopping.
For the second year in a row, my family and I ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from cracker barrell. It was a seamless experience and the food was delicious. The service is also exceptional.
Since i tried this place it has become my favorite restaurant. All the food so far always good. Very clean, attentive staff, completely affordable. In the store i always find something that i like, even clothes.

Depending on the time be ready for long wait, today I waited 50 minutes before getting a table. But it totally worth it. Unfortunately they were out of jelly today and my hot chocolate was really warm, but didn't complain about it.

Today the food was awesome I tried something new on the menu, it was a succulent fried chicken breast with cheddar cheese, bacon, scallions, tomatoes, it was amazing, the biscuits today were sooo good, firm in the outside but like a cloud inside. My child order a fried chicken breast with French toasts. So yummy. Now they have this offer of buying a $5 meal to go. They have 3 different options on that. Another successful visit😋
The portions are definitely getting smaller. But, the taste is good. $7 for a "bowl" of turnip greens that wasn't even full is a bit much. $12 for a single chicken breast, a small scoop of green beans and a serving of fried apples. So, be prepared for inflation. But, the flavor is still there so be thankful for that.
The food there is amazing to and from breakfast, lunch and dinner. The waitresses are very nice and I have been going here for 14 years and I will be for more! Other than the food, I have to say the fireplace is my favorite, so beautiful.
