5 stars ⭐️ to me = value, quality, environment, & service. Bambu nails it. This new spot is chic with a nice bar seating. The lunch special is nothing to ignore. You are getting $35 worth of good food for $21. The hot and sour soup is dead on. The beef chow fun tastes better than most places in NYC. I highly recommend the Peking duck here too. Alcohol is a bit pricey but I’m here to eat mostly. They also have the very hard to find item (YOUNG coconut juice). 🥇🥇 The beef stew noodles could be improved upon, beef tendon is average. Great 👍 spot for lunch date without breaking the bank 💪💪

Nice friendly service environment. There is a lunch special that is totally worth the price of $21. Big portions and tasty dishes. You can use your food comps too!

We had an awesome time dining there with my friends, the staff was amazing and Ivan at the bar was so nice and friendly and he even made us some very special margaritas! I would recommend this place to all of my friends!

The service was very friendly and helpful. We did find the food to be a little underwhelming though.

We have been going to the Bambu noodle house before it’s even named Bambu. Their food is very good. Since we don’t go there regularly, we always order the same dishes. The sautéed string beans is our favorite. It just has the right amount of aroma, spices, and sweetness. It’s also perfectly cooked. That’s a dish I wish I could duplicate at home. Their Beef Chow Fun and Singapore Rice noodle have the authentic Cantonese taste. We always order them. In addition, their Chicken with Black bean sauce and the Sweet and Sour pork are wonderful. Their prices are not bad considering it’s inside the casino. I would suggest to take advantage of their lunch combo and happy hours specials. And you can always pay for the food with your casino comp dollars. We are always happy when we see Qian Zhao. Qian has been a server there for years. She’s always nice, pleasant, and make you feel very welcome. Her service is excellent. Each time we see her, I know it’s a going to be good day for us at the casino.

Great change in pace from the food in the rest of Parx! Everything came out so far and was very tasty. I wanted a little more depth from my Pho's broth but it came with plenty of Thai basil, lime, sprouts and hoison sauce.

Full service dine in and to go options, the menu displayed on screen was super cool. Most dishes I looked at were between $10-18 I remember, was busier than I expected but it was a Saturday night. It is located inside the casino, next to Burgervana. The decorations were beautiful as well

Had the Roasted Peking Duck Special. It was off the hook! They prepared the duck on demand and gave us instructions on how to eat it. We had the lotus buns, served with scallions and cucumbers and a tasty sauce. We were instructed to take the sliced scallions and cucumbers and put them in the bun with the duck, absolutely delicious when dumped in the sauce. We had Saki for me and tea for my wife, better than what I expected! Try it. ..
