The food was good the seating was plenty the staff was polite everything was clean neat amd organized like it like. Security was on Segways everywhere I looked . The mall has the game together no complaints no hassles no worries. Plenty of parking outside .

Great service! I wish you still had BBQ cheddar steak sandwich ... bring it back!!! My favorite ! Bacon Cheese fries are the best here. Food always comes out amazing when I get it and fast. I love how they cook in front of you!

Jawani was absolutely AWESOME!! His customer service skills are very welcoming. He literally cooked the BEST Chicken California I ever had in my life!!! If it wasn't for Jawani & his AMAZING skills, I would've went somewhere else. I'm ALREADY figuring out when I'll be back🙂

I’m surprised reading that the staff was rude but then again they have changed workers over the past few years. I’ve never had any issues with that Charley’s always had a good experience. Good food, quick service.
