Previously had 2 bad encounter with the same employee almost 6 months apart. Upon speaking to the real manager. He handled the situation with respect and honor. Thank you Guys for your hard work I do appreciate this location and the hard work that goes into making this business great.

They were very friendly here. If you've never tried their iced caramel lattes, I am recommending to give it a try. They are delish! And, even more so in October when Pumpkin Spice is out = OMG!

Such a friendly staff! I go everyday on my way into work. I just had knee surgery and had been off of work. Staff is very welcoming and noticed I hadn't been there in a while. Always a great shop to have a caring staff!

This is the only trustworthy Dunkin! I don't leave here with items I didn't order, my drink's almost always made correctly. The drive thru and parking lot sucks, but the service is worth the hassle of that. The Dunkins in Wood Dale and Itasca are atrociously bad.
I met someone for the first time here but unfortunately it was the last but Dunkin is Always a good place to meet and have a snack|meal and a drink.,either around the corner or in a different town.
I sometimes stop before work and order the Midnight coffee cream and 1 sugar. That is NOW DD's best coffee! Staff is very friendly and quick service! I don't use the drive-in as it's much quicker. Don't be LAZY! Walk in and enjoy!
