Customer service is great. They have pizzas ready pretty much all the time. If you want to order a specialty pizza it takes 10 mins. You can order over the phone. Friendly employees. ππππ
I've yet to ever have bad service here; the people are always nice and helpful and wow, actually care how to make a great pizza and deliver on kind customer service. I will ALWAYS GO out of my way TO THIS LOCATION and NEVER GO TO ADDISON LOCATION, I promise you after my last experience there last year, I believe every word of those reviews, but I digress, come to the Bensenville Location off Irving Park Road; great food, great people, great service!

This store is great and usually very quick. However the store almost always gets large orders by community members in the area during peak times. This and a combination of easy access and high density traffic in the area (more customers) cause short wait times.
A custom order usually takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes which is not so bad.
This place is great for an inexpensive meal but make sure you get in well before closing time. I've stopped by and they are serious about closing time.
Truly a great taste. Better than Pizza Hut. Faster than Papa John's and tastier than Domino's. I had a pepperoni with olives, pineapple, and bacon. It was ready in 11 min, and the staff presented it in a very friendly way. I was positively impressed. The only downside is that the store doesn't sell Coca Cola products but pepsi. Well, good to have an independent backup of Coke zero. Anyway, the pizza is great. Keep it up!
Very friendly and prompt service. Great location for toll free pre-airport stop. My only negative (and not really) is there was a short wait due to the lack of hot and ready, but ill gladly wait 5 min for fresh anytime!
Bensenville Caesars is the best! Itβs never dry or cold. Always hot and ready super savory and makes my Friday nights extra special. Good job kids!
