I When I call to let the know my order was not right the person who Saud they were the manager put the manager on the phone she was very rude. And told me I had to bring my receipt and food back to the restaurant. It was policy.

Haven't tasted chicken yet but had KFC coupon that they refused. Said "not our coupon". How can they refuse KFC coupon that does not reflect any exclusions and does not indicate specific store location? Won't go back to this location.

They got back chicken livers and they r fresh and good! Alot if KFC's don't have them anymore but Benton does. Their fries and slaw was great too!

I came through drive through today made order of famous bowl combo. I get home the Mt. DEW I ordered was bitter, no cookie that comes with meal. The bowl looks like someone stepped on it before putting food in it. I called and spoke to manager he states he wants the food back to replace it or refund

This KFC, in Benton Arkansas doesn't accept coupons. So if you have a coupon and drive to their restaurant you will be disappointed. I am shocked that a store owner could attempt to benefit from the advertisement of the coupons but not share in the expense. This store is freeloading at their custome
