Easily the best value for great pizza in Northwest Arkansas! I recommend the truffle oil and mushroom.

Just had a delightful dinner with family. Between the group we had the 3 Little Pigs, White and Margarita. All were delicious!! We topped off the meal wth the cinnamon dessert pizza. Such a great addition to the downtown Bentonville area!
We got a custom pizza with dairy free cheese and spinach and artichoke hearts....oh my gosh!!! So so SO delicious! And it only took about 4 or 5 minutes for it to come out, hot and delicious! A truly awesome lunch.
Delicious pizza with amazing crust. We tried the margherita and the barbecue chicken pizzas and loved them both, but the barbecue chicken was our favorite of the two. We will definitely be back! Also, there is a great seating area if you want to eat there.
This place is legit! I ordered the Margarita and it was spot on. You can taste the San Marzano tomatoes in their sauce. service was fast and friendly. Can't wait to go back and try more.

What a fantastic welcome to the neighborhood experience at Priato's! Hands down the best pizza I've had from a food truck and as good as just about any, even from more "classic" locations. The staff are super friendly, not unusual for around here but nice.
The pies here start with an excellent thin crust that toasts up crisp in the super hot stone oven. The sauce is legit, real tomatoes, perfectly seasoned. The toppings are top notch and there's plenty to choose from. My choice was the special today, the Habanero Honey BBQ. Go check it out while they still serve it. If you like a little heat paired with a touch of sweet this is your pie. The Beef & Cheddar was equally impressive, I can see going through the entire menu here.
The patio is great, lots of shade and fans keep it fairly cool but the flies were annoying. (In Winter there are heaters and no flies!) There's an area for the kids or young at heart to do chalk art and a spray park across the street. Their next door neighbor is a creamery, unfortunately they are closed on Mondays. Besides the limited hours and the flies this place is just about perfect. I can't wait to try a dessert pizza and see what new creations they have in store. I'd also like to see a signature beverage or two, a mint tea would send it over the top!

This food truck pumps out crazy good Neopolitan style pizzas with unique and flavorful toppings. Located just off the square in Bentonville, Priato seems to already have a solid local following. If you live anywhere in NWA, you need to make the journey. I live in Fayetteville, and it is well worth the 25 minute drive. Priato will not disappoint!
Imo, their prosciutto is perfection. The salty cured pork, combined with the tangy/savory marinara and fresh mozzarella... I'm drooling as I type... Need... Priato... Prosciutto... Pizza... Now..
First time eating here today and overall enjoyed it.
The food was cooked quick, the gentleman taking my order was quick to give me a small rundown of the menu because it was my first time, and the location is killer.
The food itself was enjoyable. It wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had. But I absolutely will probably eat here again and will try different toppings to find my favorite. The pepperonis were super good but I wasn’t a huge fan of the chicken. Looking forward to going back and trying another topping to test out the flavor.
My pizza was so dang good coming straight from the trails. It was perfectly cooked and appropriately sized. Will eat there many many more times. I don't always remember to grab my wallet, when riding. So, being able to use Google Pay is a bonus..
Visited today and their card machine was down. Still was able to make my order happen with what was in my pocket. Awesome crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh toppings will have me back again!

True authentic Neapolitan style pizza. Unreal flavor in the in sauce and the crust is so crispy and an overall well balanced flavor. Highly recommend coming here!
Amazing quality pizza from a food truck! While I’ve had terrific wood-fired artisan Neapolitan style pizza at many different places, this is a first for a food-truck. The pies are smallish, 10 inch pizzas with a good balance of toppings, cheese and sauce, very good sauce I might add. For the quality the prices are great ranging from $7-$10 for most pies with gluten free and vegan options available. The simple Margherita is a classic place to start, Love the fresh basil. The Mediterranean is another favorite and they usually have a special featured pie worth trying. Great little patio with fans or heaters depending on the season and a couple of excellent neighbors offering ice cream and crepes.
Excellent pizza, the "white" and "pesto pepperoni" were both really good.
This Pizza is amazing! Best Pizza I have ever had! Love it.
