After a long absence, the buffet is OPEN AGAIN! !! I'm very happy with the quality of the food, service, and updated decor . Lots of seafood choices as well as sushi, and classic buffet fare. The coconut shrimp and cocoa mousse cream were big hits with the kids.
I've tried many different Chinese food buffets in the area and International Buffet is definitely my favorite. The variety of the food beats any other option. They have different cuisines from all over the world, hence the name of the place.

The sushi has recently gotten much better. They have a woman now who makes the sushi. Staff has gotten friendlier too, especially compared to 2 years ago. I think the food quality is pretty good. Lots of green veggies and fresh fruit. Restaurant is good for families who don't have time to wait.
