I grew up in Berkeley Springs and left over 50 years ago. We never had a restaurant like Lot 12. The service was superb, not overbearing but always subtly there when needed. The Crab Soup was divine and the dinner cooked to perfection. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Local mainstay. Food and service top notch. Wife and I both got the duck, and it was exquisitely cooked, falling off the bone. If you’re celebrating anything and you’re in the area, you will have a great experience here.
