I went there for a birthday party and kids really enjoyed it. Giving it 4 stars as I found few slot machine not working but deducting points from the card. There was no help available in case kids have questions. Food was OK. Staff at front desk very friendly this time. Last visit was not so great experience with staff. Few years ago I had my kids birthday here and they ruined the day. Today it was a different experience and I welcome the change.
Loved it here!. My husband and I were looking for somewhere to take our boys and this was the perfect place. We have never visited this location. Staff was great, informative and friendly!. My boys had fun on this beautiful second day of March!.. This will truly be our place to go on a weekday!. 5 stars to the staff that worked within the 6 o'clock hourš.
The pizza was amazing! My sister's had a blast! Except they couldn't do the ticket thing because only two were working and there was a line. But all and all amazing experience!
Went there for a party. Nice venue, relatively clean but the only thing I noticed and wasnt a fan of was that there is no personalization for a party. Tables are in rows so another party was 2-3 tables down. When the man himself comes out, he comes out for both parties at the same time and it's hard to tell kids it's not your turn yet, he has to make his way down. Having small rooms would make it a bit more personal.
This is the nearest chuckE. Cheese we have near to my place. My kid is big time fan of this place. Staffs are nice & helpful.
Wonderful party atmosphere. Well mannered associates. My 5 year old and her friends had a ball!
Had my daughter birthday party here. Everything was set up that I didn't have to do much. My host was amazing. She gave me every details and time about everything that was going on. All the kids and adult had a blast.
Had a difficult time signing up on their app. Finally, set up. Enjoyed the afternoon with our 4 grandchildren.
