Went tonight to Dino's Italian Pizzeria after reading the reviews from this group. There were 8 of us - 5 of us from York, and 3 from Gastonia - first time for us all... Before we went, we checked out the menu and there were so many things we were having a hard time choosing between - for a few of us, it came down to a last minute decision once we were seated and looking at a menu to decide what to order. Between the 8 of us, we ended up ordering: Fried Calamari, Chicken Parmigiana, 2 of the Lasagna Alfredo, Calzone, Angelina's Butter Cream Chicken, Ham & Cheese Sub with a side of fries, kids Fettuccine Alfredo with a side of fries, Sautee Dell Amico... A few had dessert which was the Oreo Cheesecake, Caramel Apple Cheesecake, German Chocolate Cake, & Coconut Cake.... plus our bread & salad that came with the entrees ... Total for all was just under $150 - that's it! (Expected it to be higher, to be honest.) The food was absolutely delicious, everything from the salad, the breadsticks, the entrees, and the desserts! You could tell that it was all homemade and nothing from a box, a mix, microwaved and/or heated up, frozen, etc... (The sauce for the Sautee Dell Amico - I'm not sure what it was, but Omgosh - I could drink it straight from a cup by itself!) We received so much food with our entrees that most of us took a to-go box home with us to enjoy tomorrow, as well. Even my 5 year old daughters food when brought out, we couldn't believe the portion size! Here it is almost 11pm as I'm writing this review and we're still stuffed after leaving the restaurant at quarter til 7pm tonight... I cannot remember what our waitress said her name was, but she was phenomenal - always on top of everything, didn't let our glasses go empty, and made sure we were well taken care of. We've been looking for a great, authentic Italian restaurant since we moved down here from the north back in 1994 - Olive Garden and Carrabba's just don't cut it (sorry!) - and now we have found it.... Yes, we may live in York, but it will be well worth the drive for us to head up there for a meal, and it's going to be a place we're going to be raving & recommending to others about! Thank you, Dino's for a great dinner - you'll surely see us again!!
I love this place. I had a family celebration last night to attend and we decided to go to Dino’s. Though they’ve been in BC for a couple years now I’ve just recently discovered I like this place. Their Angelina’s Butter Cream Chicken is my favorite. I’ve never had something so delicious. Either be VERY hungry or plan on having leftovers. All 6 family members huge plates were completely covered with food. Add the piece coconut cake and the night was good. BTW the portion of cake I received was crazy big. It took up the entire inside of a styrofoam carry out plate. I had to take it home. I was to full from all the food on my plate. Our waitress Ashley was amazing. The owners wife was more than happy to take a family pic for us as well. Absolutely nothing to come plain about. 100% recommend trying this place out if you haven’t already.
Absolutely the Best place to eat! Great food, great service and great atmosphere! My new favorite place!! Everything on the menu is great! We’ve tried about everything! Come hungry or go home with leftovers for lunch the next day!!!
We live in Bessemer City but have eaten from Texas to New Jersey and in between. We love Dino's and feel privileged it is located here.
I have never eaten a bad meal there but love the red and white lasagna. The service has been good for us and my son loves the cake there.

My friends and I ate here Sat.night and we were thoroughly impressed. The food was so very tasty and the cheesecake to die for!!! I have ate at Olive Garden and thought it was just okay.The food is fresh and we agreed their bread was the best ever!!!! Dino you will be getting our business again!!!!! Oh and last but not least the service was excellant. The wait staff were very nice and gave prompt and courteous service.I am glad I only live a twenty minute drive away!!!!!
This our favorite place to eat anywhere around here. Hands down awesome food every time. I usually order off the nightly specials menu. If you have never ate here I highly recommend it. Be sure to get a dessert to take home we are always to full to eat it there.
Probably the best food I’ve ever had. I live in clover and it’s totally worth the drive. You can’t beat the lunch prices!!! Best wings and fries in town too!!
Ate at Dinos on this very busy Thursday evening. Service was great-we love Lexi! Food was great. This place never disappoints. Coconut cake was yum too.
This is my favorite restaurant! The good is amazing and the staff is too. I recommend this place to everyone!!
Last night my husband and I tried this place out and it was delicious! I had the vodka cream sauce with shrimp and it was full of shrimp (not the 4 or 5 you get at other restaurants). Our waitress was very good, she was so busy but seemed to make time for everyone. Way better than Olive Garden.

Everytime I have eaten at Dino’s, the food has always been delicious! Ordered a pizza on my last visit and to my surprise it was fabulous! Will be back!

We love this place! The food is amazing!! Meg & the crew are always very nice and willing to accommodate. Dino's has quickly become our favorite place to eat.
The food is fabulous. I haven't had one thing I didn't love. We go as often as possible. The desserts are to die for.
My daughter and I have just recently moved to this area and the 2 times we have visited Dino's have been exceptional. Our 1st visit was to pasta and meatball sandwich land ( AWESOME first experience); our visit this evening was for a large pepperoni pizza....very, very, very superb. Crust perfect thickness and crunchiness, just the right amount of cheese and sauce..very delicious.
Dana was our server for both occasions and she made us feel very welcome as if we were guests at their home.
The dessert selection will keep folks coming back forever to try them all..
WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I came in on 12-22-21.
It was very busy and it took about 15 minutes before we were seated.
Once seated the waitress, one of 2 for the whole restaurant, took our order right away. She was very nice and polite but we didn't catch her name.
She brought us some bread and it was so good. We ordered wings and she did tell us that wings take the longest and we were fine with that but we had no idea that we would be waiting for just over 50 minutes for our meals.
We ate and when we were almost ready to go we asked for a 2 ounce container of the Dino's Way sauce to take home and some to go boxes. The waitress told us, after we waited over an hour from waiting up front to be seated to the time we actually got our food, that it would cost $1.50 for it! Are you kidding?!?
I'm sorry. We were well aware that you were very busy that night and you were obviously short staffed but that sauce shouldn't have been extra after we waited over an hour for our food. We decided not to take any home after that.
However, we did decide on a slice of chocolate cake. We've had it before and it was amazing!
We'll definitely return to Dino's because their Dino's Way wings are really incredible and you won't find any like them anywhere else, but it definitely won't be around the holidays.
The food is wonderful got three lasagnas it's enough for a family. Beard stick's. And two pieces of cheesecake it's like four pieces of cheesecake with strawberries food is delicious. And we got carryout. Only recommend this place beautiful decor inside and very nice people as well.
Every time I come a try a new dish and they all have been delicious. The cheese cake oh!, It's a must. My kids love it too.
We had lunch here with some work colleagues, The food was good, the bread sticks are killer, and overall good experience. Food to table time was too long, nothing out of the normal ordered, still was a 40-50 minute wait for our food. The staff was nice and pleasant.
So far they've had the best price and make time I've seen when it comes to Italian food. Lasagna is great and during covid carryout times they still don't slack on the sauce. That's all I get while my family has loved several of they're other dishes
