My fiancé stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a quick breakfast sandwich. After ordering the sandwich he requested it be cut in half, in order to make eating it easier while driving. The young lady taking the order immediately, rudely responded, “I can give you a knife!”
When arriving at the window, I ask
I get there ~650am today. They tell me to hold. No problem. They tell me to go ahead. I say 2 words, then "hold." Not cool. I repeat "small frozen coffee, butter pecan" multiple times. I get "what, I can't hear u." I start to get aggravated. Small frozen coffee. What flavor? Butter pecan? "We don't
I used to frequent this location when we lived off this exit. Over the past 5 -6 years I have grown more and more disappointed with the employee's ability to handle the simplest of requests. They seem to be bothered to have customers. I have said, on more than one occasion, that I would not go back
The food and coffee is pretty consistent but unfortunately so is the rudeness of the staff at this location. I understand having a bad or off day but this will be my last morning stopping at this location. I will drive a little further for a better experience at acton road.
Love their caramel iced coffee! My go to for coffee. The coffee roll is also good. Better and cheaper than Starbucks. People said they’ve had bad experiences, but mine has been great everytime. Nice people to me.
I can't remember the last time I had a GOOD Dunkin' donut. Stale and tasteless with pretty high retail prices. Find a local donut shop for a sweet AM treat. Iay have eaten my last Dunkin' donut...
I go here every morning I like going where they know my name and miss me when I don't stop by. It's like stopping by a friend's for that needed cup of coffee and a smile love it
3 out of 5 times they won't have donuts in morning. And orders through app aren't checked. You walk in and they might ask name and then prepare order after asking what you had.
