Ordered my dinner through Door Dash and received the totally wrong order. Ordered a threes piece dinner and two sides, drink, and a biscuit and an extra two biscuits. Received three chicken tenders, French fries, Cole slaw and a biscuit. Tried to call the KFC store for over two hours to rectify this

This store is lying a customers , they show lobby Open till 9 PM but they close at eight 8 PM . Employee is very engry with customer , never See story like that .

Terrible chicken pot pie had 1 very small piece of chicken. It was all potato, carrot,and 4 peas. Very disappointed. A lot of yelling by one person working who was working the line. She screamed the whole time we are.

Ordered the 8 piece and 8 tenders meal via the app. It was ready in less than 10 minutes, less time than it took me to drive there. Used the quick pickup. Very convenient!

Drive through was fast but got my order wrong. Make sure to double check your food before you leave the drive through. They will not answer the phone if you try to call back to discuss the issue so double check before leaving.

Hours posted say they are open until 9:30. I get back from working all day, I pull up at 9:01 (after checking their hours) to get myself dinner on my way home. Stopped into Bethel Park KFC to get a small order of cole slaw. They used to have the best, but not anymore. The order was small alright, about 4 tavlespoons in a container that held probably 4 times that much, all for the hefty price of almost $3.00. I will never patronize thar store again.

The chicken sandwich was great but the french fries were very old and I was given a water instead of the lemonade I ordered. When I came back through to get my drink the person at the window was originally very nice and professional but when they sat in silence while I was asking for my drink I paid
