This is the SLOWEST Dunkin’ I have ever been to, I can understand being short staffed. But when the actual staff is standing around goofing off & joking around instead of taking orders or helping customers in general, it shows the lack of respect for our time, money & future business.

During the 30 minute wait in the drive through I had the chance to observe workers pounding out food trays used for the oven system in the trash cans and then inserting more food for cooking with no type of sterilization in between. Never got my order. After 30 minutes of waiting everyone after me got theirs. They forgot they said. Tried ordering again, and they wouldn’t let me. All they do is slack off and complain about having to do their work.
