This place is really good recommend to visit. It is a bit on the pricier side but these are delicious rolls I have ever eaten. Thought the sandwiches would be warm sandwiches, but were cold. It’s okay, still was good.

Excellent crab and chowder! I got the 6oz crab roll, chowder, a long with the Maine Root Root Beer. The crab roll is served cold, but you can ask for it to be heated if I'm not mistaken. They have outdoor seating available and the staff if kind and knowledgeable! I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Small little place tucked on the corner of Bethesda Lane, but packing huge amounts of flavor. Lobster rolls were extremely fresh, very sweet and succulent pieces of 🦞

The lobster rolls are NEXT LEVEL. Best lobster rolls I’ve ever had easy - and I mean there are a lot of good ones, but these were so good!! The lemon butter one doesn’t overpower the lobster and it makes it my favorite one.

UPDATED: Great lobster! I like this place better than Mason's but only wish they had a "warmer" (obviously not a Connecticut style) style year round. The location is a bit tricky to get to if you're just picking up for a to-go order, but worth the wait if your travel home is close by. The lobster is showcased very well and has tremendous flavor.

The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed the food and drink, we felt so welcomed and cared for, we would definitely come back and visit this store again! Wish I had ask for his name, this visit was on 3/14 around 3pm. He made our first visit to the BethesdaRow extra special! And of course love the lobster roll! Meats are fresh, roll was crispy, I can’t get enough!

Very good and kind service. The food was great, we ordered lobster and crab rolls. They were delicious, very good taste and quality. Indoors the place does not have much space and I find that the rolls was just a bit pricey for their size. The tables could be cleaner. Either way, we enjoyed our lunch there and we will return soon.

I ordered the trio and it was delicious! I was visiting from Texas for a conference and any time I try a new place I read the bad reviews 1st. The biggest complaints were size, price and flavor. I will admit even though I read it was small, I was still surprised by the size lol however, it was delicious and for the fresh seafood the price isn't outrageous. I ordered lunch and had it delivered by door dash for both days I was there. The 1st time I didnt see the melted butter until I was finished so I wanted to try it with the butter the next day. The 1st day I also ordered the slaw and side salad which were ok but I didn't order them the 2nd day. I posted the picture with my thumb for size reference...each half sandwich is approximately slider size. I'm happy I gave it a chance.

The last time I had Luke’s Lobster was in Tokyo, Japan more than a year ago. Since moving back stateside, I’ve been hankering for a lobster roll from them for a while. The customer service at the Bethesda location is the BEST I’ve had anywhere in America period. Super friendly professional staff. And the lobster rolls were generously filled IMO. I had ordered two but was only able to finish one 6 oz roll before feeling a food hangover coming on.

More a 4.5 stars Excellent, fresh seafood! We got Luke's Trio: shrimp, lobster, and crab on these small buns. All of the seafood was fresh and tasty, though it was a bit strange eating seafood on bread 😆. Will mostly come back just for the seafood. We did an online order and pickup, and the order was ready on time. Interaction with the staff was limited, but the lady was friendly and quick in handing over the order. An interesting thing to note is that the pickle came in its own separate baggie. I thought it was clever to isolate the juicy pickle from the buns. As a last note, they gave us a Lobsta Mobsta card, one of those hole-punch cards where six visits equals a $10 reward. Sadly, it seems this first visit was not included, since they didn't give us a hole-punch.

We tried the trio and loved it. The guys working there are friendly and everything tasted fresh. Will definitely visit again. The portion size is relatively large.

First time here and came during Covid, I loved the outdoor seating and the service was great! I got the trio which comes with (I think 2 oz of) lobster, shrimp, and crab - and my husband got the 6oz of crab. The seafood was hands down super fresh and nice portions; absolutely no fillers whatsoever. But you do get what you pay for because it’s almost $20 for our rolls alone, plus a side and drink - you could be at almost $30. And for those who don’t know, like me, I was told after the fact that these are “Maine style” which is normally served cold. I’m sad to take one star away because it was almost “too pure” in the sense that they had (or it tasted like) no mayo, butter, or seasoning - so we had to grab some old bay, salt, etc to flavor it it up.
