Fast food style Mexican foods. The servers are very nice and friendly. We’ve had the tacos, bowls, quesadillas, burritos and chip and guacamole. All the seafood dishes I’ve had have been very tasty and fresh. I’d say the food is decent in size for the price. Parking here can be tricky but there is a side parking lot by the grocery store so it’s not too bad. Overall I’d recommend if you want to grab something fast.
My friend and I enjoyed lunch here. Her salmon taco platter included 2 salmon soft tacos with a small salad. My shrimp quesadilla came with a small serving of guacamole which would have been easier to spread with a knife. As metal forks were the only provided eating utensil, I made do. As no diet drinks could be found in the cooler, and all the drinks were in 16 oz bottles, we opted for the 8 oz bottles of apple juice.
Sometimes there is a difference between locations in a chain of restaurants. As a frequent visitor and lover of their other location in Potomac, I had to check on this one and was not disappointed. Located in the hustle and bustle of Bethesda's premium shopping district, it's a delectable, affordable, and well-appointed fast-casual spot to eat while out shopping or while at lunch. The spot has an outdoor area to enjoy your food as if it were a cafe in Paris. It was raining during my visit so we grabbed a window spot and still took it in. I even enjoyed the ceiling.
The food almost seems like an after-thought but it was still tasty and helped make a wonderful day even more perfect. I had the blackened fish taco platter and my partner enjoyed her dish as well.
Fast food type restaurant. Kind of reminded me of a Chipotles. Despite the name of the restaurant has other proteins besides fish. I did try their signature fish and felt it was a bit too fishy smelling and lacking flavor. Other ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Chips and salsa was also fresh and tasty. It’s a very busy place. The staff was a little aggressive in trying to keep the place clean by trying to take plates a bit too soon but could also be seen as a positive compared to the alternative. Service was fast and friendly.

Fish salad was great. Chicken is actually really good, not dry or cheap. Chorizo was tasty but not as spicy as expected.
Frozen margaritas were perfect.

Great spot. The wasabi shrimp tacos were excellent, and the service was quick and friendly.
Super fresh and tasty. The tacos had a good mix of textures and flavors, and each bite really was incredible! Tortilla soup was delicious too, with big chunks of avocado and chicken.
Plenty of seating both inside and outside. You order at the counter, take a number, and then they bring your food to your seat.
They have a few drink options: three draft beers, draft margarita on the rocks, and margarita slushie (maybe more too, but that's what we saw!). Plus a big cooler of non alcoholic stuff.
Super fast service and flavors were amazing. Ask for the hot sauce, it was delicious. Lots of vegetarian choices. Will come again for sure. For the price, portions were small.
Not a bad spot for a quick after work bite to eat before commuting home. Service was excellent. Parking can be tricky and the streets can be packed at times. Have patience.
Service and atmosphere were great! The tacos had too much coleslaw/raw onions for my preference, but overall they were pretty good. Chips and queso were decent but nothing too special.
Here's my ranking for the tacos, best to okay: blackened salmon, ancho shrimp, chicken, signature fish. Would definitely recommend the first two (with less coleslaw and add some lime).
Very good tacos. One of the best fish tacos I have had.
Tried the grilled and blackened tacos. The grilled taco was very tasty and has the right amount of salt and spices. The blackened felt like they added spices just for the sake of it and I could get taste the spices only outside the fish. I felt the quantity of fish in a taco was very less. As you can see from the picture, you get one small piece of fish in a taco.
I will be coming back here mainly as the fish felt very fresh.
Great variety of fillings for tacos, burritos, platters, and rice bowls. Fast service, too. Lots of outdoor seating and they do take out to the Streetery as well.
I love their rice bowls. My favorite is the chicken one. Pretty much everything on their menu is good. The service is fast and the staff is very friendly. I love the outside seating area especially during a warm sunny day.
The Bethesda location has a very large dining room, with plenty of seating, and I believe there's also outdoor seating. The food is very good, the portions are large and the prices are pretty reasonable. Plenty of vegetarian and even a few vegan offerings. There's a kids menu as well. The only real issue with this location is parking, there's no free parking, it's all metered, street or garage.
I was super surprised how good the tacos were. I really like the interior, too. I think the margaritas suck but it makes sense...they don't have have a bar, just a margarita machine.
For a fast casual place I think this is pretty good. I would say it’s just a step above chipotle, like a baby step, and it’s a cool spot to grab a beer with some friends and some food. Also good for a family with a kid who needs a chill spot.
