Paul French Bakery And Cafe - Bethesda Row - Bethesda - Photo album

We lived in Europe for almost 5 years. The food at Paul’s brings back good memories. Sometimes drinks (like matcha latte) do not meet expectations but they will accommodate any request and they are always happy to fix any problems with their drinks or food. Their lattes are delicious.
The food is always great. The peach and red fruit teas weren’t the great. The service however, 100/10. Adie was dealing with a rush of customers and a backed up kitchen and was calm and helpful. One of our items ended up taking half an hour and I could see she was very sympathetic. I had no issue wa
Beautiful display of baked goods and food and for a reasonable price! I didn’t order any drinks, but I did get cookies, croissants (they have a good variety), and danishes. They heated up well in the microwave and were good the next day!
I love PAUL's! 😋 Their breads and pastries are always fresh, and their food is delicious. Service is great as well. I definitely recommend you stop by if you're hungry or are craving a sweet treat.
Excellent french bakery, unfortunately it is temporarily closed due to Corona Virus. When they open back up be sure to try the various croissants. The almond and chocolate croissants are my favorite. Cappuccinos and lattes are also very good, but smaller in case you are expecting something like a S
Cute little place not much variety in French pastries but still good amount to choose from. Cappuccino was good and service was great
Great pastries around the world. Good location with ample seating.
I remember going here with my brother. I remember getting a ham and cheese croissant with fresh squeezed orange juice. The sandwich was nice and hot, the cheese was perfect with the ham, and the orange juice went perfectly well with my afternoon.
Fantastic croissants (best I’ve had in the US!) and other baked goods. We stopped by 3 times within 24 hrs period while visiting Bethesda. Kids loved the combination of the imported hot chocolate + plain croissants. Beautiful decor as well. Highly recommend!
Had Paul's macarons in Louvre museum and was stuck to that taste and was waiting to have that but found out they are in DC area and happened to taste their macaroons and it was awesome. Definitely recommend this place if you are in that area
Loved the Ruby Dipped Palmer! It was perfect! Crisp Chewy Flaky Soft & the Ruby Chocolate was a huge bonus. Also great Iced Vanilla Latte. Our Poppy Chicken Pesto sandwich was bland.
We like the French atmosphere at Paul, the smell of pastries and bread being baked in front of our eyes in a very clean and healthy way. The only issue we have here is that when we come early morning, we are served with pastries from previous day and the new series are being baked for people arrivin
I had the most pleasant experience at Paul’s Bakery in Bethesda. I was visiting from out of town and a staff person, Alan, made me feel right at home. I had a flaky croissant and iced tea that were perfect! Thank you for making my visit memorable. I’ll be back!
Tried the Strawberry Shortcake on a recommendation from staff. So goooooood. Tea was great, very scenic area. Def going back for the cake. Thanks for the solid recommendation.
