This is my second Visit to this restaurent. Must food to try 1)Roti Canai 2)Chicken/Beef--Satai 3)Singapore fried rice is another good choice-and Pineapple fried rice looks awesome. Also have a Thai Singha Beer. Some people commented about the staff over there, but they are mostly from far east and their body language and the way they wish people are bit different..so never mind.Enjoy the food

As a Malaysian born, I have come to Penang since its opening when I miss Malaysian food. The roti canai (or prata for Singaporeans) is light and fluffy. The char koay teow is good, but would be better with cockles (see hum). The Malaysian delicacies are as good as home and highly recommended: nasi lemak, satay, bah kut teh, Hainan chicken rice, etc. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the chendol or the ice kacang. The ice kacang would be better with more gula melaka though. I haven't tried the Thai or Vietnamese offerings. But the Malaysian dishes are good! Highly recommended if you are a fan of Malaysian cuisine or hanker for Malaysian cuisine.

I have been to this restaurant before and I visited it again for dinner when we were in the area. I found the food is still very good. The price hasn't changed for many years. Cimpare to other good restaurants at Bethesda, it's cheap. I've seen someone said their waiters are nude in their review. That's not the case for me. However, some other reviews said their bathroom has broken wall with electric wiring exposed. I verified it and it's true. They should fix it. It won't cost them too much money but would make the restaurant perfect. Overall, I rate it 4 stars and recommend anyone who love to try unique food to go there. You will find many special food you cannot find anywhere else.

Not a lot of places do Malaysian food, and that's a shame because it is delicious. We've only visited during a slow, midweek lunch but it was very nice. Parking was easy (on site) at this time, but I could see this being an issue at busy times. Price was a little more than I'd usually pay for SE Asian food, but as a specialty I'm willing to pay. Will go back.

One of the few Malaysian restaurants in the area, that offers a great selection of Malaysians classics. The Roti is a must try (on the appetizer list), and the pineapple curry was absolutely amazing. Can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu, highly recommended. Parking can be tough outside especially during lunch/dinner hours, but there is a parking garage nearby, within walking distance.

Delicious food. Their wings used to be so much better but its changed now. Must get curry with naan. Don't order and Chinese dishes there. Go for the Malaysian southeastern Asian stuff. They are specialized and very good at that.

Malaysian food at its finest. Pros: Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Large dining room and nearly always has seating. Great vegetarian options. Cons: Parking is limited and service is sometimes slow.

The servers are extremely efficient and very courteous; very respectful. They are always smiling and approachable. The food is very tasty like a home made food. My fiancee and I are loyal regular customers.
