Terrain Cafe - Bethesda - Photo album

My friend and I enjoyed brunch at this very attractive cafe. My elderflower-flavored lemonade tasted more of lemon and sugar, but although sweeter than I would have wished, was eminently drinkable. We liked the pot of fresh-baked bread with its accompanying herb butter. We each had the wild mushroom
I gave the food a 3, service a 5, and atmosphere a 5, hence my 4 star rating. We sat outdoors and loved the atmosphere (minus the bees). Our waiters were kind and patient and provided us with good service. We got mocktails to drink. The blackberry bramble and watermelon mint refresher were deliciou
Terrain Cafe, tucked inside Bethesda's Anthropologie, is a must-visit for delicious vegetarian dishes like quinoa fritters and farro bowls. I enjoyed the fresh, locally sourced ingredients, friendly service, and a serene atmosphere. Great outdoor brunch spot on a lovely spring day.
This was my family and I's first time dining at the Terrain Cafe today 🌹 And my my my was the service and food just so yummy! I got the beautiful hummus plate! We will definitely be back! The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the food was so fresh, artsy and innovative! I just loved it!
We ordered the breakfast board, shrimp and grits, Farro bowl and harvest bowl. All were well made and looked very colourful and appetizing. The service was impeccable with servers coming often to ask for water and coffee refills. We felt the shrimps and grits were cold and the server promptly sent
Fantastic restaurant! Came here for an early-ish anniversary dinner around 6pm. Beautiful atmosphere featuring plants, the staff was extremely friend lyand helpful in picking out drinks, food , etc. and food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The sage drink (non-alcoholic) was divine, as was
No wonder it is hard to get a table for Sunday brunch without a reservation. I particularly like the environment and friendly service. The staff makes you feel very comfortable. The food has quite innovative choose of ingredients. The Eggs Benedict has cauliflower and hot pepper, the spicy makes it

Great spot for a date brunch! Cool little cafe in downtown Bethesda. Coffee was good as a starter (cafe latte was 8/10) we ordered the breakfast board and a pork belly burrito (a breakfast special not on the menu). Both were delicious and on point for a Saturday morning. Nice decor, good atmosphere
Delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the beet salad it was awesome. This was my first visit but not my last.
HIGHLY recommend. This place is so cute and the food is incredible. Everything is very fresh. The mushroom soup was amazing. Pictures is the cauliflower sandwich. We also loved the mushroom frittata. Because the food is so fresh, the restaurant is a little slower paced. Please visit when you have ti
Cute and peaceful cafe, it’s on a busy street so you need to allow time to park. Food was good so was the service. I felt like the menu was variate enough. I would have expect a bit more choice but overall we all enjoyed our food and desert.
A very cute cafe and the staff are lovely. The quinoa fritters were delicious and the cocktails even more so. I would recommend the pomegranate mule and fig leaf daiquiri. They lose a star for the whole wheat campanelle though.. it was overly sweet pasta? Really strange. Best way to describe it is m
Such a cute spot! Food was delish, and service was great!
We went there last week for brunch and the entire experience was amazing. We had the terrain breakfast and brioche French toast, both were very wholesome and fresh. One of the best things was the fresh bread that we had to have more of! The service was very good and spoke to the quality of the resta
Beautiful location, good service, best bread (and cutely presented!) EVER! My drink was ok, and it had a hair on it... I wish I had known my salmon toast had GOLDEN beets, as those are much sweeter, and I wouldn't have ordered it. I'd go back, though, for sure.
