Banana Leaves Asian Cafe - Bethesda - Bethesda - Photo album

Super tasty and great value, my husband and I ordered some take out form them on the weekend and we ordered from their lunch specials we are also vegan and they had a good selection for us it was very tasty and abundant probably not the best place to eat at the location but the food was sure amazing
Great hole-in-the-wall style place for takeout. Good customer service from the man running the counter, who was very friendly and accommodating. The portion sizes were generous, and like another reviewer said tasted neither too oily nor salty. Amazingly huge variety of vegetarian options too. We're
Only for take out. Food was delicious and portions were big! Thank you!
This healthy asian flavors food is awesome with limited choices that are packed full of the tasty stuff. The sauces have been predominantly in middle eastern or latin styles, but this place has some different ones like miso soup - it's free!! And if you're looking for something more kid-friendly the
Love Banana Leaves, it’s my go-to for vegan Asian options nearby. They have faux meats and will let you sub them in any dish, the prices are great especially considering I usually get multiple meals out of it, and the woman who is usually at the front desk is always so sweet and friendly.
Two amazing, tasty meals! Neither oily or salty like most standard "American Chinese take out". A huge menu that can satisfy any gathering. I'll definitely be coming back for this gem! It's mostly a take out and delivery place but it does have a single table in the front.
Banna leaves is an interesting one. On one hand I have tried the bubble tea, which tasted like strong coffee with hard bubbles and didn’t look like the picture. On the other hand they have the best fried rice I have ever had in my life. (yes it’s that good) So try it, but it’s a little hit or miss.
Fast Asian Takeout or Delivery done right. I've ordered four different foods: a mix of Malaysian, Japanese, and Chinese items. All tasted authentic and were prepared quickly. No eating in.
I am addicted to the spicy basil tofu. The lunch special is a great deal. If you can order with other folks in the office or pick it up. Fast delivery.
Pretty good food. The vegetable curry, roti canai, and mie goreng I have tried and are all yummy. Will make adjustments for vegetarians. Some of their dishes can be a little salty (nasi goreng- fried rice).
Great food! Very tastee! Service slightly slow.
