I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong store and the gentleman helping me was so kind to make me an ice coffee free of charge so I wouldn't leave empty handed. So grateful for his kind service.
Very busy on a Sunday morning being it was walking distance from the Hyatt and across from bus and Metro station. Fast Friendly service and delicious egg cheese and bacon breakfast sandwich
My experience at this Dunkin donut shop I really liked it the employees were very nice and friendly I will definitely go back again and you should too.
Located next to the metro station, below the stairs. The staff was awesome and polite.
It's your average Dunkin, often poorly supplied and staff take their time to attend you but the food and coffee's have been ok in terms of quality. You get what you pay for.

Pretty good place by the Bethesda Metro. It was freezing so it was just the place I needed to go to warm up.
I asked them about their hot chocolates and they were nice enough to give me samples. I ordered ham and cheese wrap. $2 for 2 pieces. It tasted good enough.
Great staff, some of them are from the old location and are familiar with the routine. Best value coffee in the area. Clean space, unisex bathroom, WiFi, however they recently removed their stool seating.
I come here frequently on my way to work. Employees are always on point! A guy with long dreadlocks (whose name I forget) is the best. I'll continue to come here with a smile.
There's a Hispanic woman who always knows my order and is amazing. This is by the best Dunkin I have ever been to.

No-frills donut and coffee shop that's great for a quick bite and sip when you wait for the bus. Line can get pretty long, though.
I love to drink hot coffe with breakfast when the bus is arrival late .. Make easy for me to get there from bus stop and walk to Dunkin Donut store . I love it ..
