Sat on patio and Matt was our waiter. Food was a bit slow, but delicious once we got it! Highly recommend!
Rosa Flamingo’s is one of my favorite places to eat!
The orecchiette & sausage is absolutely delicious!
The menu has many authentic Italian entrees, super appetizers and salads.
You can always count on a friendly staff and patrons.
Thank you, Jody, for 25 years of fabulous food, unforgettable memories, and the consistent warmth/kindness of you and your terrific staff. May you have many more years of success!
Great fresh food, excellent service, very friendly staff. Diamond in the ruff!!!
Great service and food+ live music cold beer and friendly place
Best restaurant ever!! Warm, Friendly Fun and a Legend I hear good things even from the West coast! Amazing food! Support them now for their years of BST, unless you've done it you have no idea!!!
Friendly staff, Great food. Had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.
My 2nd time here and I’m not sure why it took so long for it to be my 2nd time. I’ll be visiting more often. Great food and great staff 😊❤️😊❤️
Great atmosphere (we sat outside), enthusiastic service, delicious meal, and some yummy leftovers for lunch the day after. We'll be back soon!
Absolutely love this place! I live over a hour away from it now,but can't wait for my next trip....the scallops and risotto cakes are amazing
Awesome. This is a great place to eat downstairs in the bar area, the atmosphere is very laid back and fun, and the food is wonderful. The crowd is a mix of locals and tourists. The food is way better than you'd expect at a place that looks like a burger and nachos joint -- really excellent entrees and apps, one recent favorite appetizer is the seared scallops and polenta cakes. In fact, there are no burgers on the menu (pizza and wings are here though.) There have been a few off nights, but their regular chef is really talented. Again, surprising for a place this casual and in this location. Prices are reasonable, for example I think their house or side salad is $3.50 and it's huge. Great place, we love it.
Unassuming restaurant in what seems like a converted old home. Nice outdoor patio where you can eat. Service was friendly and welcoming, but a little slow due to the volume of people. Food is cooked to order, so we give a little pass on the slowness. The food was really, really good and totally made up for the extra time. The strawberry tart was a new dessert and it was so, so good. The server said the owner makes all of the desserts.
Busy place, very friendly, downstairs there’s a bar and live music. Reasonable prices, big portions, excellent service. Does not take reservations and gets very busy. Highly recommend
Heather's dishes are always amazing. I love their efforts to buy local and serve a farm to table menu. Bar staff are awesome too.
I really liked the chicken parmigiana at Rosa Flamingos. It was served over penne pasta and was cooked very well. I also ordered a salad for an appetizer. All tasted very good. The prices were also very reasonable, the staff was friendly, service was good, and the restaurant had a pleasant overall atmosphere with live music. I give this place my recommendation.
What a great place! Drove by a million times but today we decided to go in and are we glad we did!
The service was top notch, the fries amazing and the entrees (chicken and eggplant combo and the Buccatini) were fantastic.
Can't believe we never stopped here but we sure won't wait long before going back!
Absolutely fabulous meal! I started with warm bread and olive oil which was excellent. My wife had a wonderful eggplant parm which was cooked perfectly and I had chicken marsala with local fresh mushrooms which is fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and very helpful. The desserts were unbelievable! I had a pumpkin cheesecake that was as good as any dessert and I have had and my wife's chocolate ganache was great.
All around excellent! Great selection of beer. Full bar. Great patio and a nice bar. The pizzas are excellent. Great dough and high quality toppings. Service was very good. I would come back here.
We are regulars at Rosa’s and have been for like 17 years. They cook everything from scratch, don’t rely on salt for flavor. Our favorites are the shrimp scampi (I can not eat it anywhere else but here!) Salmon, wings, fries, veal Milanese and the lasagna (the best ever!). They can be very busy so you have to be patient at times but worth the wait!
I’ve eaten here 3 times now and every time i do, I forget to take pictures of my food because it’s too good to waste any time on that 😂 Jody and Heather are such sweet, hardworking and giving people. They’ve created such a welcoming, fun and delicious place to enjoy a good meal. The chicken parm, ANY flavor wing and meatballs are worth traveling from anywhere to try!! Their patio is SUCH a vibe. Felt like i was simultaneously at a fancy Italian villa and my Grandmas backyard. The servers are so friendly, communicative and personable. Parking is a little weird, but i’d park down the street if I had to and walk to this place; it’s THAT good 🤤 (be SUPER careful driving out of their parking lot so you don’t bottom out at the end of the driveway).
Found this hidden gem while on a family vacation looking for a dinner spot outside the expensive resort. So so glad we went, the food was fantastic, chicken wings some of the best I've had! Eggplant parm and pizza all A+! And they had an amazing live band downstairs! So much fun.
Great restaurant! My fiancé and I got the garlic
Confit toast and the poutine as an appetizer and both were delish! We then got the eggplant Parmesan and the veal Parmesan, and finished with a piece of double chocolate cheesecake and everything was to die for! Service was great (I think our waiters name was joe?) and was super nice and friendly, will be going back!
The food was delicious, with generous portions. The menu offered a nice variety of options and we enjoyed our selections very much. This included the chicken parm and the squash ravioli. The wine selection was perfectly acceptable and a limited number of mixed drinks were available. The staff was friendly, helpful and played along with our obnoxious banter. Matt (who we dubbed "Brandon" mistakenly) was exceptionally gracious and helpful with making menu selections. He was a perfect person to have at the front of the house. We would happily become regulars based on our experience. I would recommend reservations as seating and parking look to be tight during prime times. We dined in the heated tent set up on the restaurant patio, and while not fancy, it was acceptable in light of us calling without reservations and the most minor of inconvenience for the quality of the meals we had.
Service was wonderful we had a good wait maybe 35 minutes but they told us expect 45 minutes. It was a nice evening so we did not mind sitting outside. Service was fast kitchen was fast but not rushed in any way and not half cooked and reheated like a many places trying to speed up table turnover. I had chicken Marcella with Farro never had Farro before thoroughly enjoyed it. Chicken Marcella was outstanding son had eggplant chicken Parm ate every bite. His friend had Bolognese wanted to lick the plate. Boys had a poutine neither one of them ever had that before and we’re just about fighting for the last fry, definitely put it on our go back to list next time we’re at Bretton Woods atmosphere wasn’t as exciting not very cozy or warm but the food made up for the lack of atmosphere downstairs bar had more atmosphere as did the outside bar but it’s not always about atmosphere we went for the food, and it did not disappoint.
Fantastic 4th of July spent with the family at Rosa Flamingos! Great Italian food right down the street from where we’re staying with live music. Definitely recommend this place for vegan and vegetarians, they were very accommodating to my daughter and their menu is labeled with a “v” for veggie options. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful dinner and I know Jeremy, the kids, and I will be back the next time we visit the White Mountains!
the 3 of us left after waiting a while. we arrived without reservations and it was a very busy Wednesday night. so this was understandable.
what was less understandable was the attitude the zoftik middle aged hostess with the bob cut, and her needlessly unpleasantries.
she couldn't even make eye contact, or give a verbal response to a question like ("we decided we will take an inside table after all").
she was clearly annoyed and just walked away without a word.
not very classy Ross Flamingo.
perhaps she can't handle multitasking. maybe a job as a stock girl would better suit her and keep her away from customers.
