The Maia Papaya - Bethlehem - Photo album

Great vegetarian options with or without eggs which have lots of vegetables in it. Served grilled and hot, how it's supposed to be, not like cold sandwich or wrap at other places. Various coffee options hot or cold. They have limited seating place inside the Cafe, however they have outdoor place to
Small little place - very homey and welcoming. Food was quick and the coffee was great.
I look forward to when they open again.. a 2hr drive to get a breakfast wrap is more than worth it! Perfect little north country hidden gem
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s a big tradition at this point! Everything has stayed the same and the great quality has not changed at all. Love this place and always will! The owner is truly the best and makes this place seem like home! I always love to snowmobile over to here in
Lucky to be local to such a yummy place. My go to is the jalapeño ched croissant or the toad in a hole but today I tried the quinoa power bowl and holy moly its fan-freaking-tastic!!!! Also great great coffee beverages.
Maia Papaya never disappoints! Their specialty coffee menu offers a great selection. Milky Way and Mexican Mocha are my favorite flavors that they are currently offering --but they are all good. The breakfast sundae is one of my favorite food items. They use their own house-made granola and it is de
Great menu with many vegan options (although there’s a decent upcharge.) I ordered the power bowl which is vegan as is, and it was delicious and filling. Coffee was great. No indoor seating yet, but the outside patio was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!
I miss this cute spot so much! I always enjoyed the spunk and creativity of the ladies who made my drink! I love a lot of their super cool creations but my favorite has always been the Almond Joy.
Delicious food. It was nice to find a vegan/vegetarian place that had veggie centric meals instead of plant based meats. Cute outdoor seating. Highly recommend!
Lovely place for breakfast, brunch or lunch with small outdoor sitting area. Good selection of smoothies, coffee and sandwiches. Friendly staff. They make your order just the way you want.
Great little place with good coffee, food and vibe.
Got to visit this place a couple times and really appreciated the all-vegetarian menu options! I loved the pesto artichoke panini and my partner also enjoyed his peanut butter and banana wrap. Our coffees were great as well. The inside is cozy and had a cool space painting exhibit when we visited. W
Wonderfully friendly staff and great coffee. Had a well made americano and a delicious croissant.
Mia Papia is great! I love this place and I would highly recommend. Love the breakfast burritos. I just got a matcha latte there and it tasted like hot water. I’m not sure what happened, maybe there was enough matcha powder in it or it wasn’t properly incorporated. My sister is a barista and she sa
Very cute name. Lots of choices for vegetarian breakfast and lunch served all day. I had the delicious breakfast burrito and my boyfriend had the Green Submarine and coconut cream lattes. Very delicious!
A regular stop when traveling across New England. New outdoor seating is a complement to reliably great food and coffee.
