Great Jamaican cooking! I found Uncle's on Google Maps while working long-term in the Allentown area. It's a very small take-out establishment about 15 minutes from the Airport. I ordered curry chicken (I usually rate most Jamaican restaurants based on the quality of their curry and/or jerk chicken), which came with stewed cabbage and rice and peas. Everything was just right! I will definitely be going back for the jerk chicken soon. There are many Caribbean restaurants that I've tried (including a couple in NYC) that don't compare to Uncle's. Definitely worth a try! A couple of dishes they serve take a little time to prepare, so I'd recommend calling ahead if you can.

Never crowded when we go there. Did is phenomenal. It's a little pricey but you would even remember what you paid because the food is so good.
Good food, clean, good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Get the jerk pork. You won’t be disappointed!!
