They have a nice selection of wraps, sandwiches and quesadillas and a great variety of smoothie flavors. I had a tuna wrap and the sauce on it was really tasty and a surprising plus on what you might expect to be an ordinary lunch item.

I love this place! All the smoothies I’ve tried have been great and if I remember correctly most of them are $5 or $6 and they are a good size. I know Mike and the boys since my brother was in high school (about 4ish years now). Never disappointed with anything from LI Smoothie! Drinks are fresh, made to order, smooth, and creamy!!! For a healthy alternative to fast food this is your place, the owner is very friendly and they have a diverse menu of any items. And they had pro wrestlers here not to long ago, come out and support a local family owned business.
