I'm normally not one to write a bad review especially for this Culver's since I am a past employee and loved the job... but the last few times I have gone through I have had issues with my orders. I was in a hurry on my lunch break today so I ordered chicken tenders... and they were cold in the middle to the point where I could feel it before taking a bite. I didn't have time to go back but I know that it's simple to do the fryer position and they weren't in a rush. Hopefully the employee is newer and just picked up the wrong basket but the person boxing them should've noticed. The last mistakes were no condiments, missing fry, wrong condiments, and forgetting custard. I think I will have to say that I'm disappointed in the lunch staff. Take a breath and make sure the food you're giving out is edible, quality should be even more important than your time and it seems they would rather put out a fast product than a quality one lately.

I normally don't have any issues with food quality and if there are any, they're very minimal and not worth fussing over. This visit was not the case. I ordered the deluxe combo - single with fries and an order of pretzel bites with cheese. They gave me a double cheeseburger, no toppings that come with the sandwich (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion), the fries were no where near cooked enough, they were soggy and very potato-y(if that makes sense), and the cheese that came with the pretzel bites was halfway frozen and cold. Ew. Pretty disappointed especially since I only get a 30 min lunch break and usually Culver's makes their food fresh, which is why I didn't mind waiting for my food to be ready. I couldn't go anywhere else because I used up all my time there for cold, uncooked food. :(

The parking sucks. The drive-through line blocks both rows of parking spots in the main part of the lot.
They also have problems getting all but the burgers and fries out in a timely manner before noon.

Food was great but never enough staff working the counter. Very frustrating. They always have 10 employees working the drive thru.

This is a chain. It is our favorite. We eat here at least twice a week. They have a good variety of foods.

I was treated very badly and unfairly at this store by employees and Mike Jones. I never thought someone could ruin Culvers for me but Mike managed to do. I hold Mike Jones personally responsible for how I was treated and I will never spend a dollar in any Culvers. I hope some day Mike Jones is held accountable for how I was treated in this store but I seriously doubt it will ever happen.

Ordered a sourdough double with cheese. Tasted great, staff friendly, good size not giant satisfying. Fair price, worth going again.

Disappointed today when I was ordering food at the drive through today and learned that I could not get what I wanted as their fryers were not working. This really limits what you can order.

Can't seem to get any napkins or Kechup when using the drive through even when you ask for it when you order. When you ask at the window they always say it will be in your bag... Then when you get back to work to eat your lunch and NOPE no ketchup or napkins. Done not going back!

Ownership done right. I had a rotten experience at the west Kimberly location on my birthday in late October. While in Bettendorf today, I stopped for a value basket. I inquired as to whether or not they had the same owner. They do not. They sent the owner out to talk to me. Not only was he actively listening and very polite, he surprises me later with a makeup scoop, even though it wasn't his store that messed up.
The staff was really polite and food actually a bit better than usual. It's a small gesture, but it's little things like that that set places apart.
Bettendorf, Muscatine, and Moline are the only ones I'll go to in the qc.

We picked up two fish dinners yesterday. We should of checked the bag. When we arrived home and took them out of the bag. Combined there was not even enough fries to make a small fries. The fish were dripping oil/grease, 1 very small container of cole-slaw. All for 25.00 and change. Wife took it all back. She did get her money back. What a poor ran place. We will give you all there a negative 10 star.

Normally this culvers is a 5 star but today they let me down. I had ordered the cod fish sandwich and when I got home, the bun was too hard to eat. I had to get rid of the bun. I then ate just the fish. It was great. But now I am still hungry. I have to find something else to eat.

Don't use the drive-through. Last 4 times we visited, the order was wrong. This isn't difficult. You give me ketchup for my fries but no fries? And the order is always wrong for my kids, which mom's understand that's the worst thing to get wrong. If the receipt has the correct order but the employees cannot correctly fulfill, something is wrong.
