Review Papa Murphy's - Bettendorf

Our family loves Papa Murpheys! We often buy pizzas here for our Friday pizza movie night. I love the cowboy pizza!! Try the tap on it coupons for bogo pizzas!

Normally I love Papa Murphys! Their rustic veggie pizza is to die for. However tonight I am disappointed. I ordered my take-n-bake and drove to pick it up. Sat in the parking lot for ten minutes trying to get ahold of them for curbside pickup, but nobody would answer the phone. There were two workers making pizza and I could see them in there not answering the phone. No biggie, I try the drive through and get my pizzas. I then checked them in the parking lot and realized my rustic veggie pizza had no sauce on top which is arguably one of the best parts, and I spent 25+ minutes of my life I’ll never get back trying, fruitlessly, to contact them. I wasn’t going to be demanding and ask they remake my pizza or anything... at the very least I just wanted to know what sauce it was so I could add it at home! (Side note: nobody was wearing masks either. I know people have different opinions right now but I would expect for the customers safety they would take more precautions). Overall not very good service if you ask me, and I was so excited for my rustic veggie pizza :( Edit: also now realizing they didn’t put any herbs on it either. And it was supposed to be thin crust but it is not

Yum, yum, yummy. I do like their pizza! Great, fast service and accommodating to special request. Take n bake REMEMBER! BUT delicious, filling and satisfying,!

Couldn’t order Again because No One Answers the Phone, that is really SAD, We are done Ordering from There, What an Absolute Terrible Management Style, Nice Work Papa Murphys, you lost 2 large pizza orders. The really Sad part is this is not the only Complaint you have on this Subject!

Generally quick in and out, especially if you pre-order. The pizza is reasonably priced particularly on Tuesday. Also usually there are Tap-on-it coupons as well. Taste is pretty good, but the plus is you get a piping hot pizza out of the oven.

Great pizza and price, but cant call in order no one ever answers . When I go in there's only 2 people and phone never stops . I bet you would have gotten ten more pizzas out of me this summer. Put a counter on your phone for missed calls that's how much business you're losing

Like the Pizza,and get text messages for the specials, but the online ordering and local store is and service terrible. Today ordered online special after trying to call five times. They messed up the order again , ordered two large veggie pizzas and they tried to give us cheese only for $19.99.
