Everything tasted good, but the order was wrong. We wanted the pizza square cut, it wasn’t. I ordered spicy garlic boneless wings, the wings were mild Buffalo. I ordered blue cheese and didn’t receive the sauce.

Pan pizza dough wasnt right. Either it was old, wasnt proofed right, or whatever. Seemed under cooked and doughy. Very light on the cheese still.

Ordered lunch for my kids and I. Said it would be 60-70 minutes. Ok, Wednesday at 12:30 must be busy. An hour later I got a message saying my order is out for delivery. 30 minutes later, nothing. So I call. Very polite man apologizes, says they only have one driver. Said it should be there any minute. Shows up less than 5 minutes later. Got 8 boneless wings, package is completely crushed chicken was cold and soggy (i ordered no sauce on them). Got a personal pizza and 20 oz - pizza was cold, pop was warm. Ordered a double order of breadsticks and 4- 20oz. Breadsticks were cold and hard and I did not receive my 4 drinks. Called and talked to the same person. He did apologize, and I am waiting for my replacement meal as we speak. I was assured it would not take 90 minutes. I am hoping for my whole order this time. Update: 20 minutes later got most of my meal replaced. Chicken is much better and pizza is hot this time. Thank you for correcting my meal.

The quality of pizza was excellent! Everything about it "perfect" which is exactly what I said when I opened the box. So whoever made this pizza did an over the top job.

The pizza was delicious and delivered on time. I was disappointed to see that my favorite "deal" of 2 medium pizzas for $8.99 each is no longer available. That was the only issue I had today.

Everything about this location was horrible. The wings were plain when we ordered hot wings, the pizza was cold, the veggies were just tossed on, and the cheese in the stuffed crust was cold. Worst pizza experience I've ever had! Do not order from this location.

Thanks for screwing up my order. 2.5 hours later I still don't have the correct food. All I keep getting is some call center to "fix" the problem. How about you guys answer your phone!!! I am NEVER ordering from you again and I would advise anyone else to just order from somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

Little boy answering the phone thinks he’s a tough one hanging up on ya then too scared to answer your phone number when ya call back. Obviously a manager is needed there at all hours or they’ll just keep hanging up on their customers. Lost me when someone treats ya like that on the phone who knows what they’ll do to your food when no ones around.

If you are a felon or ex-felon please do not order from the Quad Cities Pizza Huts in protest to them not hiring felons. They are breaking the law according to the EEOC and yet have the audacity to tell us no. SMH

Placed a order at 1:30 today was told delivery time was a hour and 10 mins. By 3pm I still didn't have my order so called the store and spoke to a guy who said his name was Sterling. Asked him where my order was and he said it hasn't even been made yet. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. He was very rude and had a IDGAF attitude about the delay for my order. I asked him if it's general practice to not even notify a customer that their order hasn't even been made after their delivery time was up. He said it wasn't his responsibility nor did he have the time to call every single customer they have to tell them their wait time will be even longer. He said he's been the only one there all day to open the store & make all the orders and he only has 1 driver. I asked how much longer for my order he said he can't make it until his driver gets back because he wants it to be hot and said it would be probably another 45mins plus delivery time. I told him to just cancel my order because I wasn't waiting almost 3hrs for wings and then I asked for corporates number which he reluctantly gave me. Upon calling corporate I spoke to a woman named Dawn who told me "it's not their policy to call customers when the wait time is longer than expected and because I cancelled my order there was NOTHING she could do for me" I asked that she send me coupons or put a credit on my account for next time she said she can't since I cancelled the order. I said you mean to tell me if I would have waited the 2 1/2-3hrs for my order you would have done something she said yes. Would NOT recommend the Spruce Hills location to my worst enemy and the "manager" Sterling needs to take classes on customer service. 6 reviews and 99% of them are 1 stars there's a reason for that. I suggest whoever is in charge of this location do some house cleaning and get new staff if they want to stay in business! To Sterling it is CUSTOMERS that keep you employed your attitude and the "it's not my problem" mentality will have you in the unemployment line very soon if you don't learn customer service. Will pay the extra money and go to Happy Joes from now on!
