This dunks is very clean. The staff is very friendly and the food and coffee was fresh. This is a great looking dunks location. The staff was very friendly with my children - it was really sweet. I'll definitely come back to this location. They didn't over do my coffee with sugar like some locations
Was not even greeted. Stood there many minutes without being spoken to. Workers did not seem to move very fast or seem to like their job. Heading to Starbucks!
My order was an ice coffee with unsweetened toasted almond flavor.
Did not ask for a black ice coffee.
I had to ask for cream as they made it black.
Also wasn't unsweetened

This is a fine Dunkin relative to others. Employees are friendly. No drive thru but you can do on the go ordering which is handy.
Duncan Donuts, Eliot Street, Beverly is a comfortable oasis for one to find drinks of their choice, service and a good place to chill out. Whether alone, meeting someone force business or social talk, it feels comfortable. Excellent.
