China River is pretty much the only Chinese restraunt my family and I ever eat at. Their combination plates are especially a great deal. I got an appetizer platter for lunch - everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. It came with a lot of food - egg rolls are how I can judge a place, and these were crunchy and tasty. Again - everything was great.

A very nice simple restaurant in Beverly, MA. Mostly for take out but you can dine in. Quick service and good portions for the price. Good place if you want to have a quick freshly cook meal. You can watch the chef too. A rare sight for a take out joint.

I am extremely impressed. China River has literally the tastiest Chinese food I've ever eaten. I never used to like Asian fare but their food is spot on with my palate. Delivery is insanely fast and prices are affordable. It's hard not to get take out more than once a week for me now!
