This was our 2nd trip to Big Bear Lake and we were thrilled to find this place after reading all the reviews. The food is excellent, it came out super fast and great tasting. The margarita was amazing, I could not ask for better. Oh and the dessert the young man recommended was out of this world. So glad it was open late on a Sunday, you cannot go wrong here. Will definitely be coming back for more.
We came to visit and met my friend who is a local. She recommended this place and it was not a disappointment. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was great, they had live music and food was very good. We had the avocado fries, bacon wrapped shrimp and a Don Juan burrito that was enormous. The owner was on hand and made sure our experience was great. The margaritas were delicious. We got a pitcher of watermelon margaritas. They made them Cadillac style with shots of grand Marnier on the side. I highly recommend this place.
It's a small place but has outdoor seating and heaters. The service is fabulous and the margarita was really really good. I have taco Tuesday for a dollar each
This place was perfect. A comfy joint conveniently situated on the main road, their ginormous portions are served at low prices and taste phenomenal. Our waiter was very upbeat, the atmosphere was very nice, and they played nice music, which sealed the deal as a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend this place, and I will come back.
The food is delicious, the drinks are awesome, the staff are very nice, polite, and professional. Great live music and cool atmosphere. I strongly recommend!
The restaurant is very cozy and even in cooler weather you can sit outside and the staff will prepare for you outdoor heater which was very lovely.

Small, cute and cozy place. Drinks and food on point!! Found this place by reviews and it surpassed the level of satisfaction. We ordered Avocado fries, steak fajitas burrito with green sauce and their special Mole green sauce chicken. So flavorful and so delicious!! We definitely return here!
Amazing all around! Service was great, outdoor and indoor seating. I got the fajitas and it was delicious and HUGE! I saw someone get a burrito to their table and it was massive. There was live music playing (Saturday I was here) and it was really nice and not too loud, that was pretty cool to have.
I thought it was kind of expensive when I first saw the menu but it is a resort town in California so that’s kind of how it is.
Only thing I wasn’t ecstatic about was I got 3 little corn tortillas with my fajitas, and when they brought me 3 more, they charged me $1 for them. I would still highly recommend this place.

UPDATE:
came back for a second time and I'm pleased to say it was alot better than my first experience!! The service was great. Our waiter was very friendly and even though it was already 12pm and breakfast was over, he still let me order my son a breakfast burrito, which was the only thing he wanted to eat. The food was delicious this time. I got the chili verde burrito that the waiter recommended and and it was very tasty and fresh! I also ordered the peach mimosa and that was good. Our waiter kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I'm glad we came back again to give it another chance!!
Came for dinner and drinks. 1st time in Big Bear.. The staff was very friendly. I had a michelada, which wasn't the best, especially for the price you pay. Food came out super quick.. I ordered a chicken milanesa torta which was huge! But very, very bland. The beans were dry with no taste and the guacamole had no flavor to it either. Had to add lots of salt and pepper to it all.. the crispy fresh French fries were yummy though. Had a couple singing and playing the guitar in the outside patio, which was nice. The waiter kept hovering over us while we talked and ate, kinda awkward.
We found this restaurant from reviews on here the food is amazing I order bacon wrapped shrimp and it was on point 😋. Customer service was great. The atmosphere is really cozy as well. Also if you have dogs they are welcomed and they even have a menu for them.
We just went for a ride up to Big Bear City and found this a quaint little restaurant. Azteca Mexican restaurant on the southwest side of the city. Service was good, food was good, nice little place.
Highly recommend!! The service was insanely good here. The food was crazy good too! The burrito is MASSIVE! Chips and salsa were killer. This was best meal we’ve had in Big Bear. Our server was excellent and the owner popped by twice during our dinner to ask if we needed anything. You won’t be disappointed!
Really good Mexican food and the service was great. All the servers are very attentive to drinks, napkins, condiments, etc.

This place was so good! The drinks, the food, the vibes! Very welcoming, fast service, food and drinks were huge and delicious ! They even have doggy meals to go that are cooked up hot. We got a small one for our dog. Definitely recommend stopping here!

We went for drinks and snacks and it was great! The service was friendly and fast (and I was with some very high maintenance people 😬), the drinks were strong and fun, the salsa is so good, and the food was exactly how you want Mexican food to taste: delicious and hot!

This place rocked! Went there on a Saturday and found one of the last available outside seats. When a small food joint is packed, you already know it's good food! Our waiter was on it immediately and drinks showed up rather quickly. The food appeared a little later (again, this place was busy!) and was really good. In the meantime, there was a guy playing acoustic guitar, a harmonica AND singing, playing a bunch of cover music. He was amazing! Brought his take on all the different songs and was truly a great addition to our evening! Service was great and we were never ignored. Would I recommend it, absolutely! Will I be back? Yes you can count on it! Thank you...

The food was amazing, had great flavor and the steak and chicken in the burritos was cooked perfectly tender and juicy. Customer service was great. The atmosphere was very lively and friendly. The burritos and quesadillas are huge! As you can tell from the pictures, there was plenty of leftovers going home with us and we were stuffed! Definitely recommend this restaurant on your trip to Big Bear.
