Went to get birthday drink. As of March 6th its mobile order for pick up or drive thru only. We were hoping to sit by fireplace outside but they said they couldn't turn it on. It was my first time going into this Starbucks and I had the NICEST service from staff. I was kindly greeted and the baristas helped me pick the most delicious drink to start my day. Korina was especially helpful and nice. I will definitely be coming here for my coffee on the regular!

Super friendly staff even when it was crowded with tourist, including myself. My drink was a little messed up but I was okay with it since I understand when you get over slammed you might mess up. Thank you for being so friendly and keep up the hard work!
Big fan of this Starbucks. I am often helped by Korina who always makes my drinks with love. My dog is also very appreciative of the pupaccinos and has become familiar with this Starbucks drive thru in particular. Everyone else is also very friendly and helpful.
I always enjoy stopping by Starbucks when Im visiting Big Bear Lake with my family and our precious dog Flynn. Lots of vegetarian options for the family and of course a puppuccino for our family pup! The lines can be long during their busy season so bring your patience and you won't be disappointed.
