Going through the drive-thru at the Big Bear Lake Taco Bell restaurant, I have been really impressed by the quickness of the service. It took me longer getting my card from my wallet to pay compared to the time it takes to complete my order and get to the window to pay for my food that was already there ready to hand over to me. I'm like "Damn, that was quick!!" Plus they always have time to say "Have a great night."
The staff are all very polite, friendly, and always smile.
This location has improved lately. I'm not sure as to why. I have tried to boycott them due to their past mistakes and service being hit or miss friendly.
But with limited quick options in the town and they are open late, I come back. I stopped asking for side items, and it has kept me from getting upset with each visit.
There's no way to complain once you leave the location. No one hears your concerns. If there were other options in the area, I would probably not come return too often.
Ordered through the drive-thru yesterday. This is at the Big Bear location. We stressed clearly that we want different hot sauces and they forgot! Had to get down and get it through the car they were waiting on. Also the food here tasted different from LA Taco Bell. I can’t say it’s bad or good but it’s different.
We ordered Mexican Pizza here and it tasted delicious. The drive through service was pretty fast. Nothing to complain about.
Really nice location! Mobile ordered and food was ready as I walked in. Bathrooms are super nice and spacious. Very nicely remodeled on the inside, great atmosphere for fast food!
I was in big bear for a week I bought the month long taco a day for $10 in phoenix az Well I was lucky there's a taco bell in big bear I never had to wait I got everything I asked for And everyone there was so nice
We stopped in for dinner at the end of the holiday weekend so it was not busy at all. There was no wait in line and we were able to order immediately. Food was good.
What more can you expect of Taco Bell? Only drive thru currently open during covid, moved pretty quick! Great munchies food for the stoners going up here.

We love taco bell so I could not say anything about them other than the place is going to have what ever it is you like when you go to taco bell.
