Store hours changed to 11 use to open at 10, this place use to ram by 4 individuals with the doors open it’s sad how things have gone down

Very slow service, drive thru speaker appeared busted so the worker couldn’t hear us even after repeating and speaking clearly. Once we finally got to the window the worker was on a very obvious personal phone call, and made us sit there for 2 minutes while she finished. We had to order at the windo
I get a Big Springs is a Oil Town so every business is out to get everyone working there, but seriously charging extra for a ranch cup.. The $.35 probably put you under I understand. Fries were soggy and chicken was raw thank you there Dairy Queen
Tables and floors are groooss!! Alot of Flys everywhere (which they do open and shut the drive thru so it's difficult to keep them out but they could put sticky traps in window.). Some of the women were cussing when my daughter and I were inside trying to eat.
Nobody attempted to clean the floor. O
Very hot in there and uncomfortable. Rap music playing loudly while trying to order. Order was wrong, restaurant was filthy, bathrooms were disgusting. Food was ice cold when we finally got it. Needs lots of attention and management that can turn it around in a positive way.
I haven't been to the Dairy Queen in Big Spring in a long time, so when I went a couple days ago to get ice cream, I was impressed...Clean, staff was friendly & service & ice cream was good.
This place was hoping when I went but the staff was quick, friendly and professional! There was a decent line but the staff kept it going smoothly! Promote them, they are knocking it out of the park!
