Great place to eat and shop for gifts. The staff are warming and welcoming. The food cooked to perfection. The prices are good and not too expensive. All around great place to try. Also freeway close and hotel very close by.

For never having been to a Cracker Barrel before, this was certainly an amazing first time. From the old country store when you walk in, to the real fireplace filling the air with that wonderful smell, its a good place to be. The server we had was amazing and knowledgeable. The fish fry they have on Fridays is absolutely delicious. I would certainly go back again!

I loved the food it was excellent our waitress was kind and attentive. We did have a waitress who ran into the table and couldn't even say excuse me walked right by us like we weren't there. My only complaint is that waitress needed to get on our waitresses level.

This is one of the best Cracker Barrels in the country! As someone who has traveled through most of the United States; I don’t say that lightly! Their service is very friendly; and accommodating for regular customers. The food is fresh; and usually comes out before I expect it. Best of all; they treat me like family!

I haven't been to cracker barrel in ages because it's a bit out of the way to go. But man is it worth it. The staff was phenomenal and even though they were busy, they still did their job and did it well. Even watched as one sanitized a table after a customer left. Bonus points for keeping it clean during the pandemic. Now on to the food. It was filling and adequately priced. The food isn't glammored up like some other places, but it looks like home cooked food. Wish I could of gotten a bit more fries though because they were delicious. If the food isn't a good enough reason to stop by, then their gift shop is. Filled with odds and ends, from children's toys to clothing, this place had an assortment of goods that had me spending a bit more on presents for others. Overall, I say if you want a good western home-cooked meal, then this is the place to go!

Our first time there. It has a great. A gift shop with lots of unique items and priced fairly was attached to the restaurant and fun to look through before eating. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it and also priced fairly. Then there was our waiter........a man who seemed to be very bothered that we were there. He forgot items, we would remind him and he would say oh yeah and then we had to keep reminding him again and again. Several times in fact. Very irritating. Needless to say he did not get tipped!!

I was hesitant because so many people say it's so amazing. I honestly thought I would be let down, but I definitely wasn't! A lot of the times when there's a ton of hype it doesn't live to expectations, but Cracker Barrel definitely does. The waitress and staff were also amazing I am honestly not exaggerating. What a great experience!

Cracker Barrel is always a great place to get a nice full filling meal. The atmosphere is always warming and I love the smell of the fireplace going. Our waiter was super nice and on top of things with our order and drinks. I always find something interesting in the store part and my kids love the toys in there. Some things bring back childhood memories.

They were busy this morning at 9 but they got our party in after 5 minutes. Service was quick and the waitress was very friendly and accurate with our orders. Portion sizes were good but not big big so for us older folks they were good but they might be a little lean for younger appetites. The atmosphere was very pleasant and even though it was busy it seemed quiet and relaxed. The prices were fair. We paid about $30 for 3 people.

A great place to eat in Billings, Montana. You cannot beat the prices here. The portions are large and the bill is small. We have always had good service and quick wait times to be seated. The southern fried chicken is delicious! The country store always has some amazing gifts and I recommend looking at the military section.

Enjoyed our meals immensely! Went back for breakfast days later... The maple bacon chicken was unbelievable and the breakfast of double loaded hashbrown casserole was the best breakfast ever. And of course the shopping...
