Blues BBQ catered an Employee Appreciation event for our staff of about 350. They were INCREDIBLE to work with! Maybe the best BBQ in Billings. Blues is situated inside a gas station which may hurt its traffic unless you know it’s there. The brisket is above average, needs more seasoning but is flavorful. The ribs are really good, the beans and potato salad are both very good.
Loved our shredded pork sandwiches. Last was here 11 years ago, still great.
We had ribs, pulled pork and ham...all were beyond excellent. Potato salad was good as was the baked yam. Baked beans were a little bland but I didn't care...I had more ribs to eat.
A great hole in the wall food place, don't let the gas station pulling deter ya, their pulled pork sandwiches are fabulous and their ribs and brisket, not dry, nice and soft, not chewy, topping it all of with a great flavor with or without the side of bbq sauce.
