Great little place to eat or purchase some of their wonderful bread. Super enthusiastic and friendly staff. Bread samples are free while you wait for your lunch. A great experience of an artisan shop in a world of increasing blandness.

Best bread around! I have to stop everytime I'm in Billings. Staff is always friendly, and the sample slice while you wait is a cool way to try new flavors (really, it's brilliant bc I always end up buying a loaf of whatever I tried).
Really tasty fresh bread, made from flour they mill on site. Friendly staff, and very tasty salads as well.
They have great food. Plan extra time during busy times, such as lunch.
