Rio Sabinas Southwestern Grill - Billings - Photo album

1,187 miles from Billings to Mexican border and you can tell. Not sure if this place is Mexican or American or a 1950s diner. Grandma and I went for lunch. We ordered a fajita plate with a mixture of meats. It was all clearly warmed up from the night before, Grandma is the queen of the microwave
Rio Sabinas is a great place to eat. Really like the pork and beef tacos. Shrimp saltillo was good too. Staff was friendly and provided great service. Only thing is they don't have the traditional salsa, but it is Tex-Mex so that might be why.
Barely squeaked out the 3 star-first impression was terrible with the main server/manager being a terrible person with terrible person skills. Second the food came out cold and the entire place may be dangerously understaffed. Pros-cold bar to keep your beer or refreshments Ice cold. Cool atmospher
I honestly wish I would have wadded up $30 and thrown it on the ground. I ordered 21 single fajitas and what came out was a huge plate of onions and 4 slices of meat. Which I cut up into a lot or small pieces. I bit into a bone ..seriously...they get 2 stars because the server was nice. Worst price
I have literally never written a review before but feel the need to do the Billings public a service. The food is decent but I’ve never been to a restaurant that is so openly hostile to their customers. We went out for Mother’s Day dinner and were able to get a table fairly quickly. That being said,
All staff were extremely pleasant and professional. Cuisine definitely leans more toward 'Tex-Mex' I enjoyed a steak burrito smothered in red enchilada sauce which was very delicious. I ordered a deep-fried chile relleno to try and was personally disappointed because of it resting in broth liquid
Not sure how this place stays busy... the food is mediocre at best - inconsistent is a good word for the food - overpriced for sure. Had dinner here twice... first Occasion should have been enough to know better. After the second time I knew I wouldn’t come back. Edible food yes... if I had a fifty
I took my mom here for a nice dinner...or so I thought. Let me just be blunt, if you go here expecting Texas or southern states TexMex food, you will be extremely disappointed. I ordered the Fajita Chicken Enchiladas....there was very little enchilada sauce with a scattering of melted white cheese
